Mdina Maltese-cross glass vase, blue, green and speckled yellow, with seal/prunt stamped with the Maltese cross, signed Mdina to base, approx 20 cms h, together with a Mdina decorative bottle and stopper, blue-green and speckled yellow engraved Mdina to base, approx 15 cms h, circa 1980's. April Sale The bottle is in good condition overall with no apparent issues; the bottle and stopper is in overall good condition however the base of the stopper has minor nibbles (see image).
19th century Spode vases, including a circa 1820 large spill vase finely painted with sprays of flowers and fruit reserved on a gold ground and heightened with enamel beading, approx 16.5 cms together with a pair of smaller spill vases circa 1820 finely painted in a similar fashion, nr 711 all three marked Spode nr 711 to base in red approx 12 cms h. (af)April Sale The larger of the three is in good condition, beading is in good condition with one bead with a little enamel loss, gilding is in good condition. The pair of spill vases has not fared so well, one has a fine hairline to the inside but this does not travel to the outside, the beading is in good condition; the second one has a nasty chip to the rim with a vertical crack however the beading and body of the vase are in good condition.
SILVER DISH AND VASE A pierced silver sided dish with pedestal base and stand together with a silver trumpet vase of plain form with ribbed detail, the dish hallmarked for Birmingham 1911 and standing 8cm high, diameter 14.5cm, the trumpet vase with faded Sheffield hallmark standing 14cm high approx., total weight of both 215g. 6.8 troy oz.
