A Victorian Richardson cased white over ruby flashed glass vase and cover c.1890, the tapered ovoid body, decorated with petal shaped panels decorated alternately with painted floral sprays on a white ground and strawberry diamond cut cased white panels, against a ruby flashed ground enriched with foliate gilding, seated on a collar and flared white cased over ruby petal cut pedestal base enriched with gilded scrollwork, the conforming domed cover with hexagonal finial, 15¼in. Three Loetz style glass vases early 20th century, comprising one in iridescent kingfisher blue with applied trailed lines and toothed leaves below a ruffled trefoil rim, ground pontil, 5in. (12.75cm.) high, a blown moulded iridescent Papillon style green vase, 4in. (10cm.) high, a clear iridescent vase with applied green petals and trailwork to the neck, 3 3/8in. (8.5cm.) high, losses to trailwork, together with a post-war pale green glass dish, of rounded triangular form with wavy everted opaline rim and three bold applied green domes to the body, 5in. A Chinese cinnabar lacquer style double gourd vase20th century, moulded resin, the two sections each deeply and crisply carved with scenes of houses on a lake shore beside trees and rocks to the front and reverse, separated by floral scrolls with bands of stylised lotus leaves above and petals below, the two sections separated by a keyfret band, standing on a shallow plain foot, 9in. (23cm.) high.
A pair of Chinese famille rose vase lamps 20th century, the square bodies enamelled with peonies and foliage issuing from rockwork, the short necks with rose floral pendants below a powder blue band with foliate meander, the recessed back with conforming rose band, on a gilt brass foliate scroll base with canted square plinth with lattice sides, 9¾in. (24.75cm.) high excluding fittings. (2)
A 20th century Chinese celadon jade vase and cover of flattened baluster form with squared edges, rising from a flared foot, the curved sides set with a pair of Buddhist lion mask handles suspending loose rings, the slightly outswept neck bearing C scroll lugs to the sides and the cover surmounted by a standing lion figure, overall height 7½in. (19cm.).
A Chinese famille rose vase of a form typical of the Qianlong period, the waisted cylindrical detachable neck decorated in pink enamel ground with overlaid floral decoration and applied dragon handles, seated upon a cylindrical base with canted turquoise shoulders and foot, the main body having a yellow ground with enamelled flowering hibiscus separated by four gilt reticulated roundels, on a flared foot with pink ground and trailing floral decoration, base bears underglaze blue Qianlong seal mark, 15in (38cm.) high, damage and restoration to neck.
A Chinese stoneware dragon vase probably early 20th century, the broad, baluster body in pale brown stoneware, decorated in high relief with a coiled dragon chasing the flaming pearl amidst clouds, part glazed in white crackle glaze on a glaze jewelled ground, the everted rim with applied bead borders and piping, on a short unglazed foot, impressed four character mark to base, 10¼in. (26cm.) high. See Illustration.
