The vase having feather finial atop lid with metal handles in the form of kneeling putti with acanthus leaves at feet. The lid and body having a turquoise ground and being hand painted with peacocks and florals within vignette with gilded surrounds, all raised over a metal socle type base. Marked W.L 1895 to base. Measures 45cm tall. Overall good condition with crazing to glaze.
