A Clockwatch Movement, signed Jos Windmills, London, circa 1700, fusee verge movement, top plate signed, silvered countwheel, vase and divided pillars, 34mm wide 23.04.13, Movement needs cleaning, fusee chain has come loose, balance not swinging at present, no powern running through the movement, wheel from the motion work appears to be missing.
A Set of Four Edward VII Silver Table Candlesticks, Fordham & Faulkner, Sheffield 1905, in neo-classical style, each engraved with Talbot dog crest, with tapering square stems and square weighted bases enriched with vases, acanthus leaves, bovine skulls and pendant husks, with vase shape nozzles and beaded pans, 30cm high All structurally sound. One has lost its felt basal cover and others are starting to peel. Two have some denting around the edge rim. One has a very slight dent to one angle which means it wobbles a little. Hallmarks are good and clear. Pans separately marked. 030613
