Various Oriental ceramics, including bird feeding pot, Japanese gilded vase, tea bowls, etc, largest height 17cm.Pair of black round vases are in good condition with some wear.Small blue and white vase has a restored neck and chipped base.A couple of the miniture tea bowls have chips around the top edge.Blue and white cup is cracked.Smaller blue and white circular cover has a crack on the bottom section.Two ginger jar lids are also cracked.
Various Oriental cloisonne enamel brass items, including miniature vases, box and cover, bowls etc, largest vase height 9cm. The long neck vase is quite heavily damaged.The large bowl has a dent to the foot and faint hairline cracks running down through the body. Some minor loss.The box has areas of enamel loss and is rubbed.Other pieces are in good but used condition.

The green and brown glazed long neck vase has all over surface glazing loss and a hairline crack running from the top edge down through the neck. The blue glazed vase has several chips along the top edge and foot. There is some discolouration through the decoration.
An engraved blue glass decanter and stopper, and 5 matching glasses, green glass candlesticks, and other decorative glassware.The three wedgewood green glass candlesticks are all in good condition.The orange vase has a few minor chips around the top edge.The decanter and stopper - perhaps the stopper is not original and it has several chips along the top edge of the neck of the decanter. There are several other smaller surface chips.A couple of the small blue glasses also have small chips along the top edge.The blue coloured vase with ribbed neck has several chips along the top edge.The elephant also has some minor surface chips.The tall green texture vase the top edge is chipped all the way around.All pieces have surface scratches.
Various faience porcelain and pottery, including 19th century French hand painted wall sconce plaque, marked Lille 1767, height 26cm (7). The plaque has a hairline crack running from the left corner down through to the centre and a slightly smaller hairline crack running down from the opposite corner. The figure with bucket has some surface glazing chips. The small vase has some surface glazing chips.The gilding is rubbed to all.Otherwise in good condition.

A Chinese blue and white oviform vase, late 19th century, painted in Transitional style with a procession of figures, 21cm high; and a blue and white arched rectangular tea caddy, 12cm high, (2). Condition Report Vase in good condition. Caddy with restoration to one corner of the shoulder and a haircrack to the rim.
A tall pair of Fukagawa Koransha vases, Meiji period, each painted with a dragon and ho-o bird against a panelled ground of various designs beneath a scalloped rim, (one a.f), red painted mark, 67cm high. Condition Report One vase is in good condition. The other vase has had large breaks to the rim. Two pieces are available leaving a section missing of approx. 8cm. by 7cm. and some small chips.
A pair of Canton famille-rose baluster vases, late 19th /20th century, set with gilt elephant mask handles, each painted with a frieze of figures on a terrace beneath four dragons chasing flaming pearls, the neck painted with flowers, fruit and insects, (one a.f), 44cm high, (2). Condition Report One vase in overall good condition with some typical flaking to enamels. The other vase with extensive restoration to rim, top of neck and to the body .
A Chinese bronze baluster vase, late 19th century, the body cast with birds amongst flowers, the neck encircled with a dragon, 24cm high; and a small pair of Chinese bronze two-handled vases, 14.5cm high, (3). Condition Report The larger vase with some dents and a small solder repair. The pair in overall good condition.
Two Chinese celadon jade hair pins, late 19th/20th century, each of ruyi form, 10cm and 11.5 cm; also a jadeite cylindrical hair ornament, 7cm; a celadon jade cigarette holder, 13cm, and a small soapstone vase carved with flowers, 9.5cm high, (5). Condition Report The cigarette holder with small nick to rim. The soapstone vase with some surface scratches. Otherwise in good condition.
A tall Chinese bronze bottle vase, circa 1900, made in two parts, the bulbous body cast with panels enclosing dragons, beneath foliate and gadrooned borders, the cylindrical neck made separately, 53cm high. Condition Report Overall in good condition. The rim of the body and the bottom of the neck each with three holes originally to hold fixing pins.
A large and impressive Japanese bronze vase, Meiji period, decorated in high and low relief and coloured with a bamboo shaped vase, an archaic Chinese vase, a frog and lotus, a tall vase with flowering plum branches and a bird and a karashishi ( lion dog) with one paw on a ball inlaid with glass beads, 54cm high. Condition Report Two beads lacking. Minor wear and some light surface scratches, but generally in good condition.

Condition Report Vase- shallow chip to inside of footrim. Some wear to gilding. Minor wear to enamels. Some glaze impurities.Cover- possibly matched. Knop has been restored and with chips.
A pair of Chinese blue and white sleeve vases, late 19th/early 20th century, each painted with panels of a young woman standing in a garden alternating with panels of a bird in branches, four character Kangxi mark, 26cm high, (2). Condition Report One vase with two firing cracks to rim, but otherwise in good condition.

Provenance: Christie's London, 6th October 2009, lot 128. Condition Report Long haircrack from rim to centre, approx. 20cm. length.Some chips to rim, the largest approx. 4cm. length. Some light brown staining to the glaze particularly to the centre. Three glaze chips to the centre, the largest approx. 1cm. square.Replacement metal foot. Some staining and crazing to the glaze on the underside. There is some warping to the dish.
