A Chinese famille rose porcelain vase, mark of Qianlong but probably 19th Century, the square section body flanked by a pair of moulded lion mask and ring handles, each facet alternately enamelled with precious objects and magpies within blossoming branches, the neck and foot with ruyi head borders, pseudo six character mark of Qianlong in iron red to base, height approx 11.7cm. Provenance: certificate of identity and authentication from P.C. Lu of Hong Kong Antique Centre, dated 19th Aug 1965.
Two Chinese Canton famille rose porcelain plates, mid-19th Century, one painted with a vase and fan against a dense surround of flowers, butterflies and fruit on a gilt ground, the other with a dragon and vase on a similarly decorated ground (one repaired), together with a pair of red stoneware vases moulded with dragons emerging from clouds.
