Has general wear, dirt etc conducive with age and use to include a couple of spots of paint. Firing faults over. A collection of Chinese wares to include lidded urn, double gourd shaped lidded vases with prunus decoration, various baluster shaped vases with prunus decoration and floral and bird decoration, signed to bases, lidded pot of squat form, bearing four character mark to base, ginger jar with landscape decoration, vase with famille rose palette, a Japanese satsuma vase and two Chinese blue and white decorated plates CONDITION REPORTS Double gourd vase - lid is broken to the inside the vase has various fire faults measures 315 cm high is dirty, similar vase the lid has been broke into many pieces and glued badly, has various firing faults all over to include L shaped damage to the glaze at the top and a repainted chip to base measure approx 31.5 cm. Small double gourd vase - lid broken to inside and finial has been off and badly glued - approx 26 cm high. Baluster vases - one has a large section missing from rim .The prunus decorated vase - has rough/chips to top edge and a hairline crack running down the body and various knife marks to glaze. Modern baluster vase has some small paint marks to the outside. Size of first vase 23.5cm , 2nd 27cm and 3rd 23 cm. Lidded top of squat form - lid does not fit perfectly 14 cm. Ginger jar - crazing all over and a hairline crack / fire fault to base 13 cm height, Samuel Rose palette has a large piece missing from the rim and a another small piece missing resulting to hairline crack, just up from the base there is a circular mark all the way around the vase and there are several chips to the enamel decoration and hole vase feel surprising heavy approx 25 cm. Satsuma vase has some chipping to rim and crazing all over as well as loss of gilding to the decoration and paint work. approx 15cm. Both dishes have chips to the rim one resulting in a hairline crack both have knife mark and measure approx 3.5cm in height. All piece have various pin head firing faults etc and have general wear conducive to age and use with scratches, small knocks etc.
A large Chinese famille verte baluster shaped vase decorated with figures in an interior, together with a further baluster shaped vase decorated in the Imari palette with floral and dragon decoration, raised on a metal scrolling vine and fruit decorated base, together with an Imari scalloped bowl CONDITION REPORTS Famille verte vase - approx 49cm high, Imarie palette vase - has some rough/chips to the rim approx 29.5 cm including base, bowl has hairline crack from edge running half way down the bowl size approx 13.5cm - All pieces have general weae conducive to general age and use, scratches, ware to enamel etc. and some firing faults. Height of bowl approx 14cm x 31cm diameter.
A 19th Century Chinese export blue and white platter decorated with pagodas in a landscape, together with various other Chinese plates and saucers, an octagonal squat teapot of waisted form decorated with figures and a Yi-Xing terracotta teapot, an Etruscan style terracotta twin-handled vase indistinctly inscribed and dated "1887" to base, etc CONDITION REPORTS Platter has two cracks, all blue and white plates have various cracks, chips, firing faults etc. Blue and white teapot, jug, twin handled bowl and mug all have hairline cracks, various chips, stains, etc. The Etruscan style vase has hairline cracks, chips, appears to have been marked with a felt tipped pen and is stained. Smaller similar vase - paint is flaking, chips, knocks, etc. All items have wear and scuffs.

A Loetz style glass twin-handled vase, the handles as elephant masks and enamel decorated, together with a gilt and enamel decorated Middle Eastern style glass lidded vase, a blue and green art glass bowl and a further blue glass bowl CONDITION REPORTS Twin handle vase has ware to the enamel and gilding, both elephants are missing tusks, has surface scratches - 14cm high. Lidded vase - vase has a large star crack to main body, ware to gilt and enamel decoration - 42cm including lid. Blue & green vase approx 10cm and the blue 9.3cm. All pieces have general wear, scuffs, scratches etc conducive to general age and use
A Chinese cloisonné vase with ovoid body decorated with flowers and trumpet shaped neck CONDITION REPORTS 37.5 cm high Overall with some wear and scuffs, an area of denting and mis-shaping to the top rim which has caused the enamels to crack and there are various losses to enamels to this area, very irregular and uneven and scratched to the underside of the base and most of the enamel is missing to the underside of base, two holes drilled to the edge of the foot rim and some glue around these holes, a roughly rectangular shaped area to the inner rim of the neck (please see photos) - possibly where vase may previously have been converted to table lamp at some point, both foot rim and top rim have metal banding surrounding the rims and evidence of some chips and losses around the rims (bandings probably added as a repair), surface of enamels generally fairly matt (not glossy) and have various pitting.
