A French Majolica pottery cockerel ornament, P. Perret, Vallauris, standing by a vase formed from corn, painted and impressed marks (J Massier), 46cm(H); a very similar hen (painted mark only), 47cm(H). *Provenance: Fortescue family. Condition: The cockerel; slight chips on basket, large chunk of base angel knocked off and re-glued, the hen; badly chipped around the vase rim, cone waffle possibly repainted, other small flaking glaze, mainly underneath.

A fine and large pair of French bronze, parcel gilt and white marble Bacchic candelabra, probably Louis XVI late 18th century, each modelled as a plump dancing infant Bacchus, standing on one foot, their head and loins bedecked with fruiting vines, each holding a pair of fluted cornucopia with sconces applied with heavy fruiting vines and leaves, on low white marble fruited columns on bases with beaded boarders, 48.5cm(H) (2) Condition: Bacchus with vase bottom of cornucopia split towards the basel tip, metal work dirty, also marble with several small chips and general rubbings and grazing and discolouration, the base has oxidised metal, hook on the back possibly once for additional piece; Bacchus with blown up bladder, very similar to the proceeding, cornucopia not damage, also with hook on reverse possibly for additional item.
A late 17th Century Dutch oak and walnut small side table the rectangular top raised on four vase and compressed bobbin turned legs with conjoined by broad flapped and bun feet 87cm(W) x 61cm(D) x 74cm(H). Condition: Top with old wear, stains, old worm holes, some worm holes to frieze, stress crack on frontal stretcher, re-blocked, additional top support mouldings, chipped but probably original bun feet.
