Large 19th Century Chinese blue and white porcelain baluster jar and cover, the domed cover surmounted by a Dog of Fo finial, painted in underglaze blue with a mountainous landscape with buildings between stylised borders, unmarked, 46.5cm high. Condition report: Extensive significant cracks with losses. The damage is such that the vase feels unstable when moved. Crude repair to neck. Cover with crude repairs, significant chips and losses to edge. We would strongly advise viewing this lot in person prior to bidding. Sold as seen.
