An early 19th Century needlework sampler The work of Harriet Carter age 13 years, 1836, Bristol, worked with a six line verse "Harvest Home" above a lady walking her hound in a country landscape with partridge, bullfinch's perched amongst branches with a rose and leaf border within an Hogarth style frame. 52x48cms. (illustrated) CONDITION REPORT: Lot 1881- Condition generally good, no visible signs of moth or tears, the outer border some fading to the blue beneath the red roses with leaves, some minor fading to the blue and red in the vase on the right hand side, similar to the vase on the left hand side, some fading to the frieze of flowers and leaves beneath the central verse particularly to the blue, colours generally bright, frame slight divide to the angle on the right hand side, some darker discolouration to the left of the bullfinch's bottom left corner, some dark discolouration beneath the floral frieze below the name and date oval, some discolouration on the right hand corner, later card board back.
A Victorian mahogany extending dining table The rectangular top with a rounded moulded border above a plain frieze raised upon square headed globe and fluted vase supports, brass shoes and stoneware castors, enclosing two leaves, the leaves possibly of a later date. 77x207x114cms. CONDITION REPORT: Lot 2287 - Two centre leaves possibly of a later date, colour good very minor surface scratching, no worm, no breaks to legs, minor bruising to the angled top section of supports, traces of old polish, repolish good condition.

An 18th Century Dutch marquetry cabinet on stand with later alterations With a cavetto cornice inlaid with a trail of flowers and scrolls, the frieze centred with a downswept capital embraced by similar capitals above a pair of panelled cupboard doors, each panel finally inlaid with a vase of blooms and leaves with a bird perching in the centre, supported on a shelf with marquetry garlands and leaves, embraced with uprights with trails of flowers and leaves enclosing a later mirrored interior above a frieze raised upon a re-entrant plinth, the lower part with a moulded border above a long frieze drawer raised upon turned supports joined by an H stretcher centred with an oval inlaid with a marquetry basket of blooms and flowers raised upon compressed bun feet with alterations. 184x135x53cms. (illustrated) CONDITION REPORT: Lot 2290 - Marquetry to cornice good condition, frieze good condition each panel cupboard panel door has been extensively restored, signs of old shrinkage where the door has been taken apart showing signs of restoration, restored marquetry particularly to the plinth underneath the vase which as been painted in and filled, other paint work filling to marquetry flowers, the opposite door shrinkage, restoration of door and paintwork to plinth below the vase, infilled replacement marquetry, restorations to the moulded border in large section, restorations to the outer moulded applied border, the edge which abuts the opposite door a large section running from the top to the bottom has been replaced painted and paint coloured graining applied, similarly to the opposite door a section has been replaced and painted, the interior has had a later mirror fitted to the sides, back and floor, restoration to the left hand side marquetry panel, turned supports, scrubbed, and repolished, marquetry to shaped stretcher, repolished and some staining, compressed bun feet possibly replaced.
A late twentieth century congreve rolling ball clock, Devon Clocks, England. With a 6cm white dial with Roman numerals, blued steel hands, flanked by subsidiary dials for days and seconds with a triple barrel movement stamped Devon Clocks, England no.259 of 500, over a polished steel runway. The case with a triangular pediment, with four tapering columns terminating in turned vase finials raised upon a stepped plinth and supported on a mahogany plinth with three adjustable gilt metal feet, contained with a mahogany and glass panelled cover. 21x23x15cm (illustrated).
A 19th Century French gilt spelter figural mantel timepiece With a 9cm white dial with Arabic numerals the single train movement, contained within a drum case, surmounted with a vase of blooms flanked on either side by a maiden holding a basket of grapes beside a gallant raised upon scroll feet, some damage to case with a gilt wood plinth with a velvet surface and an oval stand under a glazed dome, the clock measures 35cms highs, overall including dome 49cms high.
A William IV rosewood and satinwood marquetry inlaid tea caddy. The triangular hinged top with a raised rectangular panel inlaid with rosewood marquetry depicting a vase of blooms, the frieze inlaid with flowers enclosing two rosewood lidded compartments and a nineteenth century cut glass mixing bowl, facet and lozenge cut decoration, the front similarly inlaid with leaves and flowers, turned side handles raised upon compressed bun feet. 27.5x34x16cm.

The rectangular moulded top with a gilt tooled green leather writing surafce above a shaped frieze drawer with gilt metal handles raised upon four turned tapering legs and vase shaped feet. 73x 76x45cms. CONDITION REPORT: Lot 2199 - The rectangular top leather in good condition, gilt bright, one ring mark on the centre and ring marks around the border, some inside scratching to the border of the timber, original handles, some oxidization and rubbing to gilt, legs solid, back good condition.

A Bohemian ruby glass vase, late nineteenth century. Of flaired octagonal trumpet form with a raised rim, each tapering side finely engraved with leafy scrolls and flower heads raised upon a knopped shaft and an octagonal petal shaped base engraved with leaves and flowers. 33.5cm (illustrated).

Aldridge, Houghton Street, Southport with a 29.75 table, transferred roundel His masters voice model 194 in gilt with internal horn enclosed by period fret behind a pair of panelled doors raised upon short tapering vase shape legs joined by an H stretcher, requires extensive restoration to cabinet. 113x62x55cms. CONDITION REPORT: Lot 1880 The rectangular hinged top, the veneer is lifting extensively on the left hand side approx. 20x16cms, on the right hand side the veneer is lifting with a crack. With an 11cm dial with Roman numerals, blued hands, the single-train movement striking on an overhead bell signed Hermle, Made in West Germany no.791080, the arched mahogany case with outset gilt brass columns raised upon a plinth base and compressed vase-shaped feet. 28.5cm excluding handle.

An early 20th Century oak revolving billiard cue rack With a cylindrical top with turned finials with brass clips for twelve cue's revolving around the central turned vase shape pillar flanked beige lined apertures. 104x47cms diameter, a conforming oak billiard ball holder with copper angles together with balls and six later Riley Derway Peradon & Fletcher cues and spiders. (17 excluding balls) CONDITION REPORT: Lot 1885 - Each of the four finials good condition the roundel top good condition, no breaks to the five turned columns, green beige in place, shrinkage crack on the circular stepped plinth just the outer rim and at the opposite end, supports good condition no worm.
A 19th Century French gilt metal and porcelain mantel clock With a 8cm rose pink porcelain dial with Roman numerals within roundels and a frieze painted with blooms, hairline crack, the two train Jappy Freres movement striking on a saucer bell, the case surmounted with a winged archer flanked on either side by oval pink porcelain panel painted with blooms and leaves each with fruit finials, pendant scrolls and leaves raised upon a breakfront plinth base centred with a panel painted with winged cherubs, gilt tapering vase shape feet raised on a stand. 35x27cms (2)
An early 19th Century inlaid mahogany longcase clock, signed Richardson Brampton With a 35cm white arched dial with subsidiary seconds and date dials, Roman numerals, the spandrels painted with flower heads and leaves, the arch decorated with a pastoral of a shepherdess, the two train eight day movement with anchor escapement, rack striking on a bell, the case with a swan neck cresting above baluster hood columns, the trunk with a panelled door with well figured wood, raised on a plinth base and bracket feet, overall with rosewood crossbanding, with two weights and a pendulum, 225 x 54cm. (illustrated) CONDITION REPORT: Lot 2161 The case, restoration to the the right hand swan neck, half way down, possibly lacking rosettes to the roundels at the tips of the swan neck, minor piece of veneer missing left hand side of frieze above left hand baluster column 1.5 x 1cm , some bruising to the left hand baluster column, possible old breaks to each baluster column, just above the vase shaped baluster where it joins the long slender baluster, traces of old glue and restoration on the left hand side of the top baluster, re veneering to the right hand angle of the arched glazed door where the hinge is attached, minor slither of veneer right hand side to the right of the column 1 x 1.5cm, trunk door well figured no warp, good feather figuring to the panel above the door, lower panel possibly replaced veneer inside of the cross banding small section left hand side 3 x 1cm, original back board with blocks, the arched dial some crackling to the white enamel, some rubbing to the gilt decoration to the spandrels, movement complete with pendulum.
A pair of Victorian pink glass lustres. Each of tulip shape painted with blooms and leaves in enamel colours, vase shape stems, stepped circular bases, damage to one lustre. 27cm. CONDITION REPORT: Lot: 1786 The first chip to outer white enamel rim 0.5cms at the extremity tapering, some minor rubbing to outer rim, gilt work rubbed to the outer frieze, gilt work rubbed beneath the white, yellow and blue enamel flowers, gilt rubbed between the enamel flowers the red roundels gilt band extensively rubbed above the clear glass pendent, clear glass lustres good condition, The second of the pair extensive rubbing to the gilt, one clear glass lustre broken and part missing.
