A Continental, possibly Austrian, twin-handled porcelain pedestal vase, the handles in the form of two winged figure-heads and with two painted panels to both sides, one of a Continental harbour with buildings, figures and sailing vessel, the other with a Classical lady playing a lyre to a cherub, unsigned and without factory marks, 16ins high (41cms)
A mid 19th century Chinese hand painted large vase. The entire facia delicately hand painted with typical oriental figures and florals. Unsigned, with fluted open top. Decorative handles to sides. CONDITION REPORT; Condition is generally very good, with no breaks or damage. One of the handles has a small piece missing, as can be seen in images, and there is a small hairline to top of bulbous centre body. Otherwise a very good, bright example of a mid 19th century Chinese vase. Although a condition report has been provided, we advise all potential bidders to satisfy themselves to condition prior to bidding, as with all lots. Height approx 65cm
