Trittico in porcellana e bronzo dorato, Sèvres, fine XIX secolo. Gruppo formato da grande vasca portafiori e coppia di candelabri. La porcellana è probabilmente di Sevres (non ci sono marchi apparenti) e in riserve ovali su fondo azzurro sono rappresentate scene galanti. Supporto della vasca a forma di putti in bronzo dorato e coronamento a ringhiera con teste di leone laterali. I candelabri a sei fiamme in bronzo dorato sono posti sopra due vasetti in porcellana ovoidali. Vasca portafiori, cm 33x57. A BLUE-AND-WHITE GARLIC HEAD VASE,17TH CENTURY (TRANSITIONAL PERIOD), H: 24 cm. The vase is finely potted with a bulbous lower section rising from a short straight foot to a tall tapering garlic knopped neck and flaring rim. The body is painted in vibrant shades of cobalt blue with figures in a landscape and upright clusters of flowers to the neck. Provenance: English private collection.

The central band section is decorated with a stylized scrolling floral pattern. Two small loop handles are set against the shoulders to each side. Provenance: English private collection.

A baluster shaped vase, decorated in vivid blue with a continuous scene of long-tailed phoenixes amidst peony heads and scrolling foliage, the neck having a ruyi collar. Provenance: English private collection. Condition Report: There is a small glaze burst on the jar.
A BLANC DE CHINE WITH TWO LION EARS VASE, 18TH CENTURY, H: 26 cm. The vase is of elongated cylindrical form with a waisted neck and a large everted mouth, with lion mask-form handles. The vase is covered with a transparent glaze on a white body. Literature: A similar vase with floral, rock and bird decoration, dated to the mid-eighteenth century, is illustrated in Blanc de Chine: the great porcelain of Dehua, Robert H. A FAMILLE VERTE 'MAGPIE AND PRUNUS' VASE, KANGXI PERIOD, H: 36.5 cm. The baluster body and flaring neck are brightly enamelled with magpies perching on gnarled prunus trees issuing from rockwork; all divided by bands of swirls, keyfret pattern and double-line borders. Provenance: English private collection.
A CHINESE BRONZE 'GU' VASE, 19TH CENTURY, H: 28 cm. In an archaic bronze Gu form, the central bulb gently swollen, supported on a splayed foot, with a long neck flaring to a trumpet mouth. The Gu is decorated in high relief with a Shang Dynasty (c. 1600 - 1046 BC) taotie-mask motif. Provenance: English private collection. Condition Report: There is a small chip on the rim. Otherwise, in overall good condition.
A CHINESE ARCHAISTIC BRONZE 'HU' VASE, MING DYNASTY, H: 19.9 cm. Inspired by a Shang Dynasty bronze prototype, the pear-shaped body is finely cast in high relief with bands of geometric motifs, rising to the everted neck and rim, supported on a high foot ring. A RARE COPPER-RED PEAR SHAPED BOTTLE VASE WITH ELONGATED GARLIC NECK EARLY 18TH CENTURY. H: 36.5 cm. The pear-shaped body has a tall cylindrical neck that rises to a garlic-bulb shaped mouth, covered with a rich copper-red glaze. Condition Report: The bottom rim of the vase has some slight unevenness to the surface.
A FAMILLE VERTE BALUSTER VASE AND COVER, KANGXI PERIOD, H: 38 cm. A swollen baluster form vessel, finely enamelled with auspicious motifs and peonies amidst scrolling ribbons, surmounted by a domed cover with a large knop finial. Condition Report: The lid has an underglaze crack. There is a hairline underglaze crack on the rim, from the shoulder to the top rim. There is a small sign of repair on the top rim.
A FAMILLE ROSE RUBY BACK FIGURE DISH, YONGZHENG PERIOD. D: 22.9 cm. The finely potted dish is finely enamelled to the interior with an elderly man seated at leisure, attended by two elegant standing ladies and a young boy, with a large storage jar and a side table supporting an incense burner and a vase of flowers, all encircled by a border of roundel bands interspersed by cartouches containing floral sprays. The exterior is evenly enamelled in rich ruby-red glaze. Provenance: English private collection. Condition Report: There is a hairline sign of repair to the dish between the outside ring and the middle of the dish.
