A Chinese blue and white oviform vase, late 19th century, painted in Transitional style with a procession of figures, 21cm high; and a blue and white arched rectangular tea caddy, 12cm high, (2). Condition Report Vase in good condition. Caddy with restoration to one corner of the shoulder and a haircrack to the rim.
A tall pair of Fukagawa Koransha vases, Meiji period, each painted with a dragon and ho-o bird against a panelled ground of various designs beneath a scalloped rim, (one a.f), red painted mark, 67cm high. Condition Report One vase is in good condition. The other vase has had large breaks to the rim. Two pieces are available leaving a section missing of approx. 8cm. by 7cm. and some small chips.
A pair of Canton famille-rose baluster vases, late 19th /20th century, set with gilt elephant mask handles, each painted with a frieze of figures on a terrace beneath four dragons chasing flaming pearls, the neck painted with flowers, fruit and insects, (one a.f), 44cm high, (2). Condition Report One vase in overall good condition with some typical flaking to enamels. The other vase with extensive restoration to rim, top of neck and to the body .
A Chinese bronze baluster vase, late 19th century, the body cast with birds amongst flowers, the neck encircled with a dragon, 24cm high; and a small pair of Chinese bronze two-handled vases, 14.5cm high, (3). Condition Report The larger vase with some dents and a small solder repair. The pair in overall good condition.
Two Chinese celadon jade hair pins, late 19th/20th century, each of ruyi form, 10cm and 11.5 cm; also a jadeite cylindrical hair ornament, 7cm; a celadon jade cigarette holder, 13cm, and a small soapstone vase carved with flowers, 9.5cm high, (5). Condition Report The cigarette holder with small nick to rim. The soapstone vase with some surface scratches. Otherwise in good condition.
A tall Chinese bronze bottle vase, circa 1900, made in two parts, the bulbous body cast with panels enclosing dragons, beneath foliate and gadrooned borders, the cylindrical neck made separately, 53cm high. Condition Report Overall in good condition. The rim of the body and the bottom of the neck each with three holes originally to hold fixing pins.
A large and impressive Japanese bronze vase, Meiji period, decorated in high and low relief and coloured with a bamboo shaped vase, an archaic Chinese vase, a frog and lotus, a tall vase with flowering plum branches and a bird and a karashishi ( lion dog) with one paw on a ball inlaid with glass beads, 54cm high. Condition Report Two beads lacking. Minor wear and some light surface scratches, but generally in good condition.

Condition Report Vase- shallow chip to inside of footrim. Some wear to gilding. Minor wear to enamels. Some glaze impurities.Cover- possibly matched. Knop has been restored and with chips.

Condition Report One vase with two firing cracks to rim, but otherwise in good condition.

A large Safavid blue and black porcelain dish, first half 17th century, painted with a central vase of flowers before a fence, inside a border of dense foliage, replacement metal foot, 44.5cm diameter. Provenance: Christie's London, 6th October 2009, lot 128. Condition Report Long haircrack from rim to centre, approx. 20cm. length.Some chips to rim, the largest approx. 4cm. length. Some light brown staining to the glaze particularly to the centre. Three glaze chips to the centre, the largest approx. 1cm. square.Replacement metal foot. Some staining and crazing to the glaze on the underside. There is some warping to the dish.
A small Chinese green glazed pottery ovoid vase (Hu), Han dynasty, 15.5cm high; and a Han green glazed ovoid vase, (reduced), 11.5cm high, (2). Condition Report Hu vase- chips to rim. Some glaze chips to the body. Oviod vase- neck has been reduced. Chips to rim. Minor glaze chips to body.
A Thai stoneware small circular box and cover, 14th-16th century, 6.5cm high; also five miniature pottery vases, 5.5cm to 7.5cm; a miniature celadon glazed vase, 5.5cm high; two Chinese provincial blue and white bowls, 26cm and 13cm diameter, and a small dark blue painted fish plate, 14cm diameter, (11). Condition Report Thai box and cover- later painted `48' to inside of cover. Some wear consistent with age. The miniature vases are in overall good condition with some typical wear and minor chips. The miniature celadon vase has glaze cracks, a chip and some nicks to the foot. The larger provincial bowl has 2 shallow rim chips and some wear and light staining to the glaze as if it has been immersed in water. The smaller bowl has three haircracks and some rim chips. The fish plate has a rim chip and a scratched collectors mark to the upper surface.
A Neolithic painted red earthenware vase, of flared form with two small handles, the interior painted with black stripes, 15.5cm wide; and a small pottery triple spouted vessel, possibly Han dynasty, 6cm high, (2). Condition Report Vase- Chip to rim, approx 1cm. length which extends into a haircrack approx. 1cm. length. Haircrack to rim, approx. 6.5cm. length. Some nibbles to rim. Some wear to interior.Vessel- some small rim chips.
A Cizhou style cylindrical vase, possibly Ming dynasty or later, incised through the brown glaze with birds, fish and flowers against a cream ground, 17cm high. 20 Condition Report Infilled chip to rim, approx. 2cm. by 1cm. Haircrack to rim, approx. 5cm. length. Base slightly uneven.
A large Japanese Imari vase, Meiji period, baluster form with frilled rim, decorated with a black lacquer landscape panel on a white ground painted with birds in flowering branches above a stream, (a.f), 91cm high, with a wood stand, 58cm high, (2). Condition Report large chip to rim, approx. 13cm. by 3cm. at deepest point. Some losses to the lacquer. Not the original stand. Vase doesn't quite sit on it properly.
Two similar Chinese porcelain baluster vases, each painted in underglaze blue and grey with a seated man and two boys in a landscape, 35.5cm high, (2). Condition Report The vase appear to have misfired in the kiln. What should have been underglaze red is now grey. One with some staining below the rim. Both with some pitting and imperfections to the glaze.
A small Japanese kutani bowl, Meiji period, the interior gilt with flowers beneath a Chinese poem, the exterior enamelled with flowers on a brown and blue seeded ground, signed, 5cm diameter; and a Japanese porcelain and cloisonné vase, signed, 16cm high, (2). Condition Report Bowl- small repaired chip to rim with some regilding. vase- Some crazing to the enamel but overall in good condition.
A Chinese famille-rose two-handled baluster vase, 19th century, painted on one side with a large panel depicting a battle scene, the reverse with officials seated at a table with attendants, the neck with two smaller figurative panels against a white ground filled with flowers, birds, insects and fruit, 63cm high. Condition Report 2 very fine parallel haircracks, each approx. 5in. length and running almost vertically through the centre of the panel painted with officials, with some loss of enamels to the table. Minor losses of enamel elsewhere.

Silver and silver mounted wares, comprising; a George III oval teapot stand, with engraved decoration within a reeded rim, raised on four feet, London 1801, a small vase (loaded), four napkin rings and a trophy cup (the handles lacking), combined weight of weighable silver, excluding the vase, 241 gms, (7). Condition Report Teapot stand - feet slightly bent, otherwise in good condition.
