Property of a West London gentleman; acquired between 1980-2010. Accompanied by a thermoluminescence analysis certificate, no. 0314-OA-83R-6 issued by CIRAM SARL, Pessac, France; age given as 2070 BP ±160 years. Fine condition.
A Royal Worcester hand painted vase by Harry Davis, the ribbed gilt heightened neck above twin pierced angular handles and main body decorated with sheep in a landscape signed H.Davis, with a further small landscape vignette to the reverse and raised on a gilt heightened base, puce mark to base, date code 1908, also numbered 1920, height 22cm. CONDITION REPORT There is a very small area of restoration to the neck, however the vase has been broken where the neck meets the main body and there has been re-painting to the body and the top section of the vase just above the sheep running between the two handles, otherwise minor surface wear and slightly dirty throughout.
A Royal Worcester hand painted vase by Ernest Barker, the gilt heightened green ground flared neck above pierced angular handles and main body painted with a pair of finches and signed E.Barker with floral vignette to the reverse and raised on a gilt heightened spreading circular foot, puce marks to base, date code 1911, also numbered 1913/140.80, height 20cm. CONDITION REPORT There is a small chip, approx 1 x 0.8cm which has been restored to the rim and a tiny area of further restoration to the rim of the neck, otherwise ok.
A large Royal Worcester hand painted vase by Harry Stinton, the gilt heightened lid above flared neck and twin pierced handles above main body decorated with highland cattle in a landscape with cottage beyond and bridge over a stream by their side, signed H. Stinton with further vignette to the reverse and raised on a camphor leaf scrolling gilt heightened base, puce mark to base, date code for 1923 also numbered 2160, height 26cm. CONDITION REPORT The finial to the lid has been broken and crudely repaired, otherwise in good condition.
A Royal Worcester Hadley Ware large twin handled vase, the flared neck set with twin pierced scrolling handles and main body decorated with opposing floral sprays, unsigned and on stepped circular gilt heightened base, green printed marks to base, date code 1905, also numbered 193/10.54, height 19.5cm. CONDITION REPORT One of the handles has been broken off and crudely repaired, otherwise all parts are present, minor rubbing to the gilding.
A late 19th century Royal Worcester aesthetic movement vase in the Japanese taste, the rectangular neck above twin pierced elephant mask handles and with opposing panels decorated with a bird and floral spray raised on a spreading rectangular foot, impress marks and traces of puce marks to base, height 17cm. CONDITION REPORT Rubbing to the gilding on the raised corners but overall ok.

A Royal Worcester George V June 22nd 1911 Coronation globular vase and cover hand-painted with a view of Windsor castle by Ernest Barker, the crown finial above finely gilt heightened shaped vignette, signed E.Barker with gilt crown Royal cipher and date to the reverse, puce printed marks, date code 1911, number 2516, height 17cm CONDITION REPORT There is a 3 x 3mm chip to the glaze just above the left scroll of the vignette, also some slight discolouration to the blue around the top with some fine surface crazing and scratches, otherwise ok.
A good and large pair of late 19th century Royal Worcester James Hadley figures of a Japanese gent and lady, each standing beside a vase upon jardinière, on shaped base with Greek key decoration, both with puce printed and impressed marks to base, mounted on rectangular wooden plinths, heights are each approx 40cm. CONDITION REPORT The gent has had the grips of both swords broken and crudely repaired, a few surface scratches and minor rubbing to the gilding.
