Japanese - Meiji Period 1864-1912 Unusual Satsuma Globular Sharet Two Handled Vase - Finely decorated with images of 'Mandarin Ducks' on a river with exotic flowers and trees to riverbank. The features being Weeping Wisteria in multi colours hanging over the river. Also exotic birds flying above. In the manner of Kinkozan, Kyotoi. Painted Gold character marks to base. 8.5" - 21.5 cm in height. Lid missing, all other aspects of condition good.
