OASIS: LIVE AT FINSBURY PARK - Liam Gallagher's Stage-worn ParkaA parka worn by Liam Gallagher while performing with Oasis at Finsbury Park, London on 7 July, 2002. Oasis are one of the best-selling bands of all time, significantly influencing British culture through the Britpop phenomenon of the 1990s. This coat was originally a prize in a competition held by Gallagher's band Beady Eye in 2013 and can be seen in several photographs of the concert. Publicity images of Gallagher wearing the coat featured on the artwork for the live album released after the event. The "Fake London Genius" branded parka coat is made of olive-green cotton and lined with green synthetic fabric, with an incorporated bright red cross. An assortment of large, differently coloured cashmere patches is sewn onto the jacket, including a trophy, a lion, a crown and a map of the UK. A tarnished metal zip fastening runs down the front of the jacket, and the hood also has a similar zip running down its centre. The coat's size label is no longer present. The lot is accompanied by a copy of an email sent by Quest Management to the original competition winner and a Columbia Label Group compliment slip with the word "Congratulations!" written in blue ink. Brochures were seen being read and carried by visitors to the dinosaur theme park at various points throughout the film. The jacket was made for the production, but this style was ultimately not seen in the film's final cut. The brochure features the park's logo with its name printed in five different languages on the cover. Inside are the various rides and attractions, with a detailed map of the island. Marked size XL, the blue Sport-Tek® waterproof jacket has the production title and a Chinese-style dragon head emblem printed in white on the left breast. Marks are present on the front of the coat. Hector used his knife to carve wooden animals, Agamemnon stabbed his dagger into a map while strategising, and Briseis held her knife up to Achilles' (Brad Pitt) throat while she was his prisoner. All three are made of cast bronze, and Hector's knife has faux leather wrapped around the handle. MUMMY, THE (1999) - Hero Practical Mechanical Hamunaptra KeyA hero practical mechancial Hamunaptra key from Stephen Sommers' fantasy adventure The Mummy. Evelyn (Rachel Weisz) and Jonathan (John Hannah) Carnahan found the map to Hamunaptra in the key, before Evelyn used it to unlock the Book of the Dead. The key is made of metal, painted and intentionally distressed to look like ancient bronze, and decorated with Egyptian hieroglyphs. It features a lid consisting of eight panels, which pop open through a spring loaded mechanism when the top half of the key is twisted. The paint is worn around the key's edges and corners. Paul Blanca (geb. 1958) "Sangre del Toro'. Serie van acht zeefdrukken gedrukt met stierenbloed. In de vroege jaren ’90 heeft Blanca twee jaar lang gewoond in Spanje. Stierengevechten en lokale seizoensgebonden feesten hielden hem bezig. Niet het stierengevecht zelf, maar hoe het stier op de borden in restaurants terecht kwam, intrigeerde hem. Het bloed, dat volgens hem het vloeistof van het leven is, gebruikte hij als zeefdrukinkt voor zijn serie ‘Sangre de Toro’. Pas na 35 keer drukken, bereikte Blanca de donkerste toon rood.
