Sir Woodbine Parish notes," this book has become so scarce that Don V.Pazos tells me he has himself tried in vain for years past to obtain a copy either in N.America or England for his own use. It is one of the best works, if not the best, upon the events of the Revolution of which it gives an account." He claims (presumably correctly) that Pazos was the author of the second work, on Brackenridge's Voyage... , Sabin mistakenly attributes it to Baptis Irvine.
