Teesdale (Henry & Collins, H.G.), eight maps from the British Gazetteer comprising Derbyshire, Huntingdon, Leicestershire, Monmouthshire, Nottinghamshire, Staffordshire, Warwickshire, Westmorland, pub. 1852, each engraved and hand coloured, approx. 450 x 380 mm, together with Mordern (Robert), Leicester Shire, [1695 or 1722], uncoloured engraved map with ornamental title cartouche, approx. 370 x 430 mm, and other county maps including Smith, Weller, Walker, Ordnance Survey, Hobson's hunting maps, etc. (25).
Gloucestershire. Saxton (Christopher & Hole, William), Glocestriae Comitatus olime sedes Dobunorum, [1637], hand coloured engraved map, strapwork title cartouche surmounted by royal arms, separate scale of distance surmounted by dividers, some contemp. marginalia, approx. 290 x 320 mm, framed and glazed (1).
Herefordshire. Saxton (Christopher), Frugiferi ac Ameni Herefordiae Comitatus Deliniatio, [1579], hand coloured engraved map, title flanked by figures and surmounted by royal arms, separate scale of distance and dedication armorial, flaking to central fold with some loss to printed image and with subsequent amateur restoration, close-trimmed up to printed border, approx. 375 x 505 mm, framed and glazed (1).
Ireland. Jansson (Jan), Provincia Connachtiae. The Province of Connaugt, pub. Schenk & Valk, c.1680s, hand coloured engraved map of Connaught, uncol. ornamental title cartouche and separate scale of distance, four small worm holes to centrefold (two confined to margins), approx. 380 x 490 mm with wide margins (1).
Ireland. Jefferys (Thomas), A New and Accurate Map of the Kingdom of Ireland, pub. November 13th, 1759, engraved map, hand coloured in outline, ornamental title cartouche, one or two short marginal tears to margins, approx. 650 x 600 mm, together with a 19th century map of Ireland and a 17th century map of Ulster in very poor condition (3).
Kent. Speed (John), Kent with her Cities and Earles Described and Observed, sold Bassett & Chiswell, [1676], uncoloured engraved map, ornamental title cartouche, inset plans of Canterbury and Rochester, royal arms and num. armorials, small paper repair to foot of central fold, approx. 380 x 510 mm (1).
London. Roades (Will), A Pocket Map of the Citties of London & Westminster and the Suburbs thereof being a New & Exact Plan with the Additions of the New Buildings Churches &c to this Present Year 1743, sold Robert Hulton, 1743, uncoloured engraved plan, title cartouche and table of coach and waterman fares, approx. 270 x 410 mm, mounted Howgego 76. (1).

Society for the Diffusion of Useful Knowledge (pub.), Scotland, complete in three sheets, 1834, three engraved maps with outline hand colouring, each approx. 320 x 390 mm, together with Wilson (H.), A Map of the Country 8 Miles Round Glasgow, 1829, hand coloured engraved map with num. vignette illusts., approx. 230 x 230 mm, and Hall (Sidney, eng.) Scotland, c.1840, engraved map hand coloured in outline, approx. 380 x 250 mm, plus other Scottish interest including a full set of eleven county maps on ten sheets by W. Hughes, wood engraved views of Edinburgh and Glasgow from the Graphic, etc. (27).
Sussex. Speed (John), Sussex described, sold Sudbury & Humble, [1611 or later], hand coloured engraved map, 'open book' title border, royal arms and inset plan of Chichester, num. armorials, foot of central fold strengthened to verso, approx. 380 x 510 mm, English text to verso, framed and double-glazed. Cruchley (G.F., pub.), Cruchley's New Travelling Map and Itinerary Comprising the Whole of England, with Part of Scotland & Ireland and a Portion of France and the Netherlands showing the Communication between London and Paris, 1834, hand coloured folding engraved map, sectionalised onto linen with ornamental title cartouche, some light spotting and some minor splitting to folds, approx. 660 x 540 mm, contained in orig. card slipcase with paper label (rubbed) (1).
