A George III inlaid satinwood small square lamp table, in the manner of John Linnell, the square top cross banded in tulipwood, with central inlaid yew wood roundel with inlaid beaded border and stained fruitwood husks, over a frieze with Vitruvian scrolling and florets to the angles, a candle slide to one side, raised on square tapered legs inlaid with pendant husks, united by a turned x-stretcher, on mahogany tapered feet, 11 5/8in. (29.5cm.) square, 25in. (63.5cm.) high. * Provenance: Sotheby's New Bond Street, London, Important English Furniture, 18th November 1988, Lot 248.** Condition: Very good condition overall. Tiny veneer repair beside one husk to corner of top. Two cracks to veneer around central roundel - probably these pieces have lifted at some stage and been re-affixed. A few old shrinkage cracks to veneer on top in accordance with age, but veneers are stable and relatively even. Underside of top has an old shrinkage crack. Tiny wax filled veneer chip to one frieze.

(99 x 49.2cm.), 21½in. (54.5cm.) high, veneer losses, spirit rings to top.
A late George III mahogany three pedestal dining table, with dropflap centre pedestal and two D-end pedestals, each raised on a turned column to four swept supports with brass cap castors, 105¼ x 43¾in. (267.5 x 111cm.), 28in. (71cm.) high.* Condition: The top of the table is of a good fairly even colour to each section. But there are some dents and several scratches to the surface which have been filled by years of polishing and are commensurate with age. One drop leaf of the centre pedastal has a piece of mahogany broken above the rule joint reaffixed. The same leaf has there is a crack in the mahogany 3ins from the edge extending approx 5ins towards the centre this is not filled. Underframing is in good order and only 2 worm holes have been noted in the support.
A George III mahogany wine table, with circular tray top, raised on a baluster turned column and tripod cabriole legs with pad feet, the top 11in. (28cm.) diameter, 21in. (53.5cm.) high.* Condition: There is a section of the rim around the top that has been broken out and replaced, this is a semicircular section 2 1/2 in wide at the top.One of the legs has been broken off in the past taking with it a section of the column base extending 1 1/2 in. up above the lower turned ring the circular ogee edged disc which fixes the top to the column has a section of its edge broken and reaffixed this is approx. 3/4 in. deep at the widest point.
An early Georgian burr walnut card table, with concertina action, of rectangular form with shaped eared corners, the banded burr walnut top and frieze inlaid with feather stringing and with rounded angles, on cabriole legs with carved scallop shells, floret carved scrolling brackets and pendant husks, on ball and claw feet, 33 x 15½in. (84 x 39.5cm.), 28½in. (72.5cm.) high, repolished in 19th century. * Provenance: Sotheby's New Bond Street, London, Fine English Furniture, 6th May 1988, Lot 42.

A George II mahogany rectangular card table, the foldover top lined with green baize, opening on a gateleg mechanism, over a plain frieze with gadrooned border, raised on foliate carved cabriole legs and brackets, on ball and claw feet, 30 x 14½in. (76.25 x 37cm.), 28in. (71cm.) high. * Provenance: Christie's King Street, London, Important English Furniture, 5th December 1911, Lot 210.** Condition: The table is in fine condition overall, with a very good colour and patina. There are a few small dark patches of staining to the top and a little cracking to the veneers of the frieze front and sides. There is a v-shaped veneer repair to the back gateleg and some old (inactive) worm holes to the back. It also has an unusual addition of a hidden drawer behind the gate leg at the rear.

(73.75cm.) diameter, 32¼in. (82cm.) diameter open, 27½in. (69.75cm.) high, flaps possibly altered later, top faded. * Provenance: Sotheby's, London, 1992.
A George II mahogany oval gateleg dropflap dining table, with a drawer in the frieze on cabriole legs with scrolled brackets and oval pad feet, 39 x 15½in. (99 x 39.5cm.), 44½in. (113cm.) when open, 27½in. (69.75cm.) high.* Condition: There are several dark wine glass stains to the top and a split extending approx. 6in. from one side towards the centre. Another in one leaf approx. 3in. long. A split above the rule joint of one flap, extending along the edge approx. 5in., and 1/2in. at the wider end. A crack in one end of the pad feet extends approx 2 1/2in. up to the leg but has not broken away from the foot. There are some old woodworm holes in the Oak framing of the table- these have been filled.
