The top with natural gap. Small faults to the moulding consistent with age. Some old decay around the legs. Metal brace fitted to the underside for strengthening. Foot is loose due to decay and needs attention (see image).
A Good Late 17th Century Six-to-Eight-Seater Double Gateleg Table, with two rounded drop leaves to form an oval, on turned and block legs joined by turned stretchers, 152cm by 176cm extended by 74cmGood original condition. The top with general scratches. Some ring marks. The centre section is slightly darker in colour than the drop leaves. Old split/repair above one of the hinges (see images). Some deep bruising (see images). Otherwise good original condition.

Natural gap in the boards. Two small natural? splits. Brasses replaced. Moulded drawer front with small split. Old decay mainly around the block feet (see image). All feet have been re tipped. Structurally sound.

An Early Victorian Rosewood Circular Tilt-Top Dining Table, mid 19th century, the plain frieze and moulded border above a column support with leaf carved base and carved socle, on a triform base with scrolled and reeded toes and recessed castors, 128cm by 70cmGood quality timber. Rosewood has a nice grain. The top has some bruises and scratches but otherwise good cosmetic condition. The base generally in good condition with the exception of some small faults (see image). General bruises and losses around the feet. The scrolled section to one of the feet has been repaired with previous glue marks underside (as photographed).

Numerous scratches throughout (some deep). The three leaves are original, the winding handle is present and mechanism is working correctly. The table is quite shiny, particularly on the three additional leaves.

Some general scuffs and bruises consistent with age particularly around the clips which secure the leaves. The leaves are original. General scuffs to the legs and feet consistent with age. Provenance - Private client, Cheshire (selling due to downsizing).

Good quality timber. The top with variations in colour and with some fading. The interior of the table top is split (shrinkage split). There are some general scuffs around the legs. Base with natural? fine splits to the platform base. Small veneer loss on rear-left hinge as photographed. Otherwise good.

Cosmetically good. Some small losses to the gesso (see images). Otherwise good. No signs of superstructure on th top (see images).
A Pair of Regency Rosewood and Tulipwood Banded Foldover Card Tables, early 19th century, of rectangular canted form with modern black baize interiors above a geometric brass strung frieze, on turned baluster supports with four sabre legs, brass claw feet and castors, 92cm by 45cm by 72cmTable one is structurally sound with some slight variations in colour around the top which also has some deep scratches. Replaced black baize interiors which are in good condition. The base section good. The turned support is rosewood simulated which has been repainted to a good standard (see images). Brass inlay around the frieze also good with minor repairs. Table two - the top is in similar condition to the other. Small sections of brass inlay replaced, this is done to a good standard. Legs and base generally good however the turned support does have some splitting which has been partly filled. Some old wormholes to the underside. Both table tops are nice and flat.
