A copy of the coffee table book, 'McLaren - the drivers 1964 to 2012'. This well illustrated 336 page book was produced by The McLaren Group ahead of their celebration of 50 years in motorsport. Perhaps the most readable of a trilogy of books as this volume is all about the drivers at the controls, not the technicality of the cars or the details of the wins. Author David Tremayne is well known for his skill in capturing the incisive detail of the person, and in this book there are nearly 300 drivers of McLaren cars including of course the team founder Bruce McLaren and many F1 World Champions. The inner front page has been signed by the McLaren Honda 2016 F1 drivers Fernando Alonso and Jenson Button. A valuable reference work which has been enhanced by the autographs of two former F1 World Champions. Such signatures would be difficult to get at all, let alone in a book such as this. Thanks to Author David Tremayne, the McLaren Honda F1 Team and 2016 drivers Jenson Button and Fernando Alonso.
