Minor wear to gilding, some areas of loss - see photograph for example of leaf stalk missing beneath rose.Item Two - two arms, one either side, damaged and repaired in what appears to be a fairly amateur fashion, the filler appearing creamier in colour than the basic white of the piece. An early 19th Century oak tea table, the rectangular snap top on a vase shaped and ringed turned pedestal to splayed tripod base, 53 cm wide x 50.5 cm deep x 73 cm high, together with a late George III mahogany dressing stool of rectangular form with needlework seat, on square moulded and chamfered supports united by stretchers, 48 cm wide x 38 cm deep x 50 cm high
A Regency Empire style occasional table, the tray top above a single frieze drawer with fitted slide raised on X frame supports united by a turned centre stretcher raised on brass caps and castors 55 cm wide x 36 cm deep x 72 cm high CONDITION REPORTS The item is Regency but in the Empire style. No key present. Appears veneered. Top is badly stained, marked etc, some splitting, also some areas of bulging. Veneers are bulging. There is some patching. Moulding is splitting/gapping in various places. All wood is discoloured. Various areas of veneer missing throughout. Larger chunk missing to the base of one leg. There are holes to the reverse side of the item from the drawer. Some old wormholes, others appear to have had a handle or something on previously together with old patching. Varnishing has crazing throughout. Signs of worm throughout. In need of a good clean. Tray is split both to the base and the edges and is warped. An early 19th Century oak side table, the two plank top above a single frieze drawer on turned tapering legs to pad feet 76 cm wide x 43 cm deep x 71.5 cm high and an oak bookshelf of three tiers on domed plank end supports to splayed feet 79 cm wide x 45.5 cm deep x 101 cm high
An 18th Century walnut veneered card table, the shaped top quartered, cross banded and feather strung over a recessed frieze with central shell motif raised on shell carved cabriole tapering front legs to claw and ball feet, the rear legs on a concertina action to pad feet, the top opening to reveal a baize lined interior with sunk counter recesses 85 cm wide x 71 cm high CONDITION REPORTS Whilst basically sound the top is in need of restoration, the colour of the base is good though there is much black marking and veneers are lifting in several areas and with bleached marking too. There are several areas of veneers missing both to the top mouldings and the concertina action. Two screws missing to the left side of the concertina action, two modern replacement screws to the rear right of the concertina action. Legs have wear and tear conducive with age and use, signs of what we believe to be old woodworm to the feet. Rear left foot with replacement section - see images for further details.

Leather is scuffed and marked and the wood beneath is clearly splitting. There is some areas of patching etc. Drawer fronts all approximately the same size with the false ones being ever so slightly smaller within a centrimetre. Base - two feet have been off and replaced/fixed, heavy scratching. Over all table has heavy wear and tear conducive with age and use - see images for more detail
