NORTH ITALIAN SCHOOL (17TH CENTURY) Lady with Table Laden with Fruit Oil on canvas, 132 x 190cm Provenance: Dartfield House, Co. Galway. This painting is noted as being in Dartfield House under the ownership of the Blake family. In the mid 1800s, Joseph Hardy took over the house, with it eventually falling into the hands of his descendant, Pamela Potterton (nee Hardy) in the 1950s. Through this familial tie, it was thus incorporated into Homan's collection.
A GOLD, RUBY AND DIAMOND THREE STONE RINGClaw set with the oval cut ruby at the centre between two cushion shaped diamonds, one diamond detached but present, gross weight 1.8 gms.Condition Report: Ruby size: 6.8mm x 5.3mm, approximate depth 2.6mm. The ruby has one or two dark inclusions. There are a couple of chips at the edge of the table facet of the ruby. There are no substantial edge chips. This ring would benefit from a clean. The diamonds are attractive white stones, only one or two tiny inclusions. The diamond in the ring has a black inclusion to the side. The loose diamond has a couple of small black inclusions. The claws are worn, it has been repaired and re-soldered in the past.
A GOLD AND PLATINUM DIAMOND TWO STONE RINGClaw set with two variously cut diamonds, in an Art Deco design, detailed 18ct & Plat. Ring size K and a half, gross weight 3.2 gms. With a case.Condition Report: Would benefit from careful professional cleaning. Diamond with smaller table facets: diameter 5mm and approximate depth 2.4mm. There are a couple of tiny nicks to the edges of the stone. Diamond with larger facets: diameter 4.6mm and approximate depth 2.3mm. Slight internal inclusion beneath the table facet. This diamond is more of a perfect round than the other. There are no baguette diamonds to the shoulders.

The piece has been cleaned at some point.Otherwise decorative and sturdy; ready to use.
A PAIR OF GEORGE IV RECTANGULAR MAHOGANY TEA TABLES (2)With cushion frieze and carved columns on paw feet, 87cm wide; 78cm highCondition report: Overall, a decorative pair of tables with wear, shrinkage and tear as to be expected. Various losses in areas commensurate with age and use, including a small section of moulded edging above the hinge of one and scroll detail to the back of one paw foot to each table (back foot). Various repairs including to the moulded edges which have shrunk and repaired back, some a little uneven and with visible slight gaps. Wear and scuffs to the closed tops as to be expected, notably one with a patch repair to the veneer and a ring mark, the other with a few more fresher scratches. Some movement to timbers as to be expected. One table has been resecured to the base with more recent screws, the other is a little loose although it has previously been supported with a slither of timber to the underside and internal blocks.
