Height excluding shade and fittings 58 cm. CONDITION REPORT: Both shades are free form any tears however both would require a clean, one particularly more so on the top edge. One vase base has light surface scratches to the body which may polish out, whilst the other vase base appears to be free from any surface scratches. The metal mounts appear to be in good order on both with no obvious faults. Both lamps are in working condition.

A large Italian rococo style white and gilt painted dining room suite, comprising sideboard, dining table, trolley and eight dining chairs, two arm and six single. Table dimensions 116 cm x 218 cm. CONDITION REPORT: The table does have a shaped protective glass cover. The suite is in generally very good condition with only minor marks and blemishes. The main issue with the large display cabinet is that the centre right hand door does not have a glass. All other glass panels are in good order. There are some minor scuffs and marks to the extremities of the cabinet but the condition is generally very good indeed. The table is also structurally very sound with only very minor paint losses and small scuffs to the extremities. The top has been protected by the glass plate and is again in very good order with only very minor blemishes. There are a few minor blemishes to the stretchers but again no significant issues. All chairs are structurally sound with no damage, no repairs and no restoration. There are no loose joints. The upholstery on all of the single chairs and one armchair is in very good order with no issues. The material to the front edge of the second armchair is perished and worn. There are again a few minor losses to the gilding and paintwork but these are minimal.
A Regency mahogany worktable, Pembroke form with two frieze drawers and sliding bag and with lyre shaped end supports, the legs terminating in brass castors, width 41.5 cm, length 53 cm. CONDITION REPORT: The worktable is in good original untouched condition. The top is flat with no significant marking. Both flaps are not warped. The left hand flap has a small veneer stress fracture which in our opinion is unimportant. The right hand flap when down is slightly angled away from the main body of the table. The top drawer is in good order with its interior fittings. The bottom drawer is also in good condition but is missing the interior dividers. The handles are probably not original but there is no evidence of any others. The table is structurally sound. The lyre supports are structurally sound. There has however been a break to the left hand supports either side of the bottom roundel. The breaks are visible, but there is no movement. All roundels are present. Three of the four legs are in good order with no issues. The fourth leg has a stress fracture three quarters of the way through the leg at the midway point. There is however very little movement. All castors are original and although tarnished are in good order. The sliding bag operates as it should but does have minor veneer losses and stress fractures to the framework.
An antique oak side table, with moulded edge above a recessed frieze with single drawer and raised on barley sugar twist turned legs united by shaped stretchers and raised on bun feet. Width 92.5 cm. CONDITION REPORT: The table is structurally sound. The top has numerous old surface scratches, scuffs and two faint ring marks. The frieze drawer runs smoothly and is in generally in good condition. It has had a lock at some point but the hole for the key has now been filled in. All twist legs are in good condition as is the stretcher. The ball feet all appear to be original. All feet have had woodworm but this has clearly long gone. Height 72.5 cm, depth 60 cm, width actually 92.5 cm. It is really difficult to tell the exact age of this table. In our opinion it is partially early 18th century. The bun feet clearly have considerable age as do the stretchers and turned columns. The centre turned finial looks later. The drawer front is clearly of a similar period however the moulding beneath the drawer and the table top itself are probably 19th century. The polish to the top is a little glassy and appears to be of a French type polish.
An Edwardian inlaid mahogany Sutherland table, with fretwork ends and raised on splayed feet. Length 61 cm. CONDITION REPORT: The table is in generally good original condition. It is not warped. The fretwork is in good condition. The castors are original. There are scuffs and marks around the bottoms of all of the splayed legs.
A Chinese low table, with fretwork and reverse painted glass panels, ebonised frame and raised on four shaped legs. Top 102 cm square, height 43 cm (see illustration). CONDITION REPORT: The table should probably have a glass top. This is not present. The glass panels all appear to be in good condition. They are all slightly loose and require re-positioning. The fretwork framing appears to be in the main present. There are a number of small breaks and small losses. There are numerous small repairs also. There do not appear to be any substantial pieces missing however. The table is also a little loose at the joints. There is one corner bracket missing to the left hand rear leg. There are some minor scuffs and scratches to the ebonised finish but other than the missing corner bracket and slightly loose joints the framework is in generally in good condition.
A Victorian rosewood sewing table, shaped outline, with frieze drawer, bag and cradle support, raised on four cabriole legs. Width 54 cm. CONDITION REPORT: The table top is flat with no splits or any significant scratching. The colour is good. The frieze is in good order all round. There are some minor nibbles around the keyhole. The cradle is also in good order with no significant veneer losses or structural issues. The sliding bag operates as it should. The material is however a little dirty. The turned column beneath and all legs are in good order with no visible damage, repairs or restoration. There is no evidence of any woodworm and the piece is structurally sound with no loose joints.
An Edwardian oak writing table, with brown tooled leather writing surface and moulded edge above a single frieze drawer with brass handle and all raised on inverted tapering legs of rectangular section united by stretchers and terminating in spade feet.
