English School, 19th century, a young woman sitting at a table, watercolour, 23.5 x 17.5cm, and another similar of a young woman sitting on a chaise longue, 21 x 16cm, in different frames (2)Condition report: The lady sitting at the table: the paper has some minor evidence of foxing- faint spots and sparsly distributed. The paper appears in generally good condition- no obvious signs of rips or tears. Paint appears stable and colours well preserved. Some wear and tear to the frame. Not examined expernal to frame. Lady holding a flower seated: the paper doesnt show any obivious signs of rips or tears, there are some small isolated spots of foxing on the figures chest and right arm and some faint spots in the background. Frame has wear and tear. Not examined external to frame.

An assembled group of Edwardian mahogany furniture, including a cross-banded writing table with green leather skiver and two frieze drawers, 92cm wide, 74cm high, 53cm deep; a George III style corner washstand with Spode blue printed accessories, 82cm high; and an inlaid open armchair, seat height 41cm. (3)Condition report: The writing table has some minor cosmetic marks. The wash stand has a repair to the top, some patches of fading, general cosmetic marks and abrasions throughout. The open armchair has some minor cosmetic marks, the top rail has been restored at the joints with the arm uprights. Please refer to images.
A late Victorian mahogany fold over pedestal tea table, of D form, the revolving top on a plain stem above a shaped base raised on four scroll feet, 91cm wide, 44cm (88cm) deep, 75cm (73cm) high.Condition report: Split to top edge. Closed top stained and marked with faded patches. Open top scratched to the edges. Cosmetic marks to frieze and with some biting to the lower edge. Back frieze has two small veneer losses. Base veneer splitting and lifting. Loss to veneer at edge. Legs showing general marks consistent with age.
