FEI DANXU (Xiao Lou) (1801-1850)Set of four hanging scroll paintings depicting the four seasons, women in various landscape settings, signed and seal marks, framed and glazed. CONDITION REPORT: Generally slightly brown and overall a few surface scratches. One or two small water splashes and a few well-backed wormed holes, colour generally fairly good. Panels are two piece paper pasted together WOMEN IN BOAT: dark spot above figure on river. Piece of grass trapped lower left. Browning to paper from tree upwards particularly at right hand side. TWO WOMEN STANDING BY A TREE: One slightly pale splash to forehead on women at right, another couple of pale splashes to left hand side of women a few pale streaks of black above their heads. Paper slightly buckled centre top in two areas. FLUTE PLAYER: Three white splash areas near upper branch, 1 horizontal repaired worm hole, centre above rocks approx. 3cm. Another couple of pale splashes on leg of table and left of plant below, crease to paper at label.TWO WOMEN STANDING BEHIND A TREE BRANCH:Slight creases to bottom area of painting and another just above top knot of ladies. A few small dark splashes and pale splash at left hand side between branches, another lower left hand side below tree trunk

An 18th century famille rose mug, a plate and a soup plate, the bell shaped exterior of the first painted with a bird perched on a blue rock amongst flowers, 15cm (6 in) high, the plate with a vase on a table amongst flowers and the last with a pavilion on an island, 23cm (9 in) (3) (D) The mug has a faint hair crack as does the soup plate
A late 19th century Komai style steel table cabinet, the sides of the rounded arch shape flaring down to the four legs, the sides cast a tsuba, the gilt dragons to the door and back flanked by pawlonia leaf mons, the tsubas on the sides centred by frolicking Buddhist lions, the drawer below the door with lion flanked dragon, 16.5cm (6.5 in) high The iron base has been glued back at some stage
A 19th century pierced and carved hardwood panel depicting the Shou Lu Fu triad presenting a gift to a figure centrally enthroned by a table bearing a bowl of peaches, the Daoist immortals below, all amongst pine trees and cranes, each corner of the square panel carved with pairs of bats flanking ruyi brackets central to each side, traces of colour, 79 x 75cm (31 x 29.5 in)
