The colour to the top is very patchy. Historic marks and scratches across the surface. The plank joins of the top are parting slightly at the ends. Supports and stretcher remain strong and sturdy, kick marks and wear but otherwise fine.

It does literally just sit unattached to the base underneath, so we suspect it has just been married up at some point. The teak surface underneath is needless to say quite scratched for having it resting on top with nothing in between.

Set of four chrome framed cantilevered dining chairs, possibly Habitat, ebonised frames with rattan panel seats, including two armchairs; and an ebonised circular pedestal table, black metal column and base, diameter 110cm, height 73cm.Qty: 5Condition report:One of the armchairs and one of the side chairs have more sag in the seat panels so look more heavily used, but the panels to seats and back panels are generally ok. All four chairs are otherwise in good order, some wear to the black arm rests and frame outlines. The chrome frames generally fine. The table top has some surface scratching and the black was has faded. The table remains sound and stable.

Condition report:Some heavy ring staining, spotting, and marks throughout the top. No splits. The base has spot oxidation and dirt/ grime.

George III oak tripod table, circular tilt top on a turned and ringed column, splayed legs, diameter 77cm, height 67cm.Condition report:Slight movement to the top when horizontal. Old dark marks and partial ring stains. The planks of the top have been repaired in the past, most evident when looking from the underside. The latch and tilt mechanism do operate, with a really nice old iron latch in place. Column is good. Some losses at the end of the feet through kicking/ wear. Rich tone.

Lot 88

Victorian oak wind-out dining table, rectangular with rounded corners, carved edge, leaf carved legs, 163x137cm, height 74cm, with four 50.5cm leaves.Condition report:The runners are sagging once extended passed more than one additional leaf. There are bolts to secure it all together if you need additional leaves in place. The slides and runners could be repaired to get back to a fully working extending table. Some of the fixed leaves have popped out/ have split along the joins and have lifted up and away from the frame. The colour of the leaves are all very consistent. Some historic marks and stains, including a 12inch burn mark towards one end. The legs have wear towards the bases, and some historic repairs to the carved elements. There is a winder but it is matched so the barrel isn't quite long enough to clear the table end.
