A nest of three Ercol pebble shaped graduated coffee tables, with label Condition Report: Small split on the middle table, where leg meets cup, otherwise generally good with obvious signs of use and age resulting in scuffs and scratches. A late 19th/early 20th century oak centre table, moulded rectangular top above a deep frieze with two short drawers, scrolling end supports carved and applied with stiff acanthus, scrolling foliage and a central lion mask, rectangular stretcher, 149.5cm wide, c.1880 Condition Report: this centre table looks like it has been later converted to have drawers.the drawers are made up with ply and pine. Stains, scuffs, scratches and discolouration on the top surface. Signs of alterations under the tops surface, ply and pine used.No obvious signs of re-polishing, touch ups or over polishing. Table is sturdy with fair stability all joints firm and fine to use. Finished to the same standard at the back. Drawers run smoothly.no obvious signs of wood worm, warping, bubbling or weak points.
