A nest of four red lacquer occasional tables, late 19th century, decorated in gilt with dragons, butterflies and insects, on carved gadroon moulded and turned legs, on scroll feet, 56cm wide, 36cm deep, 71cm high (4)Condition report: The large table and the smallest table have very worn decoration, the third table has old glue repairs to the leg joints with the top. All tables have border losses and chips to the red lacquer.

For reference they weigh 19ozt. Dirt and tarnish. General surface wear, scratches, dents and knocks throughout commensurate with age and use.

Knocks, wear and repair. In need of some attention. Securing brackets to leaves later. One runner to leaf has come off but can be reattached with relative ease. Additional eaves less scratched than D-ends. Appears to be lacking two pairs of supporting legs. Not terribly solid when all together. General wear throughout.
