Old decay and fine splits. Framework and legs and framework, particularly, have suffered excessive worm and decay (old). Various splits through the legs and various repair work throughout. Structurally the table is ok. Stretchers probably original but maybe cut down, however we think the top probably later.

The back has formally been fitted a brass rail. The top has formally has been removed as the underside has various block (old) fitted to the underside. See images. Some shrinkage splits are repairs on each corner below the fluting. Further evidence of the top being altered when you view the back edge of the table. Some general faults around feet.
