There is some minor wear to the marks on some of the Victorian pieces. There is some overall surface scratching and wear, consistent with age and use. This is most noticeable as a minor softening to the tines and edges of the bowls and to the engraving. There are some scuffs to the case. The case with ivorine plaque.

the old cut diamond in a yellow claw setting, to a grooved shoulder plain polished shank, estimated diamond weight 1.60 carat approximately finger size VThe ring is in fair condition there are chips and nibbles to the girdle and abrasion to the table facets. It is hallmarked with sponsor's mark 'L.E.B.&S', Birmingham, 1982. The diamond measures 8.24mm x 7.55mm x 3.68mm approximately. The approximate qualities of the diamonds are; colour L/M, clarity I3. Gross weight 5.1 grams. CR made 24.08.22.

The case is probably first half 20th century. The blades of the knives are marked for J. R. Odgen, Harrogate and London. There is some scratching and marks to the case.

There is some surface scratching and wear, consistent with age and use. There is some bruising to some fish-forks. There are some scuffs and scratches to the case.
