MARY: (1867-1953) Queen Consort of the United Kingdom. An unusual vintage signed 12.5 x 15.5 photograph, the image depicting Queen Mary standing in a full length pose at the side of a table. Seated at the table is a young blind girl who reads Braille from one of the books before her. Signed (`Mary R`) in dark fountain pen ink to the lower photographer`s mount and dated 14th February 1923 in her hand. Some slight creasing to one upper corner, otherwise VG Queen Mary served as a Patron for the National Institute for the Blind.
NICHOLAS II: (1868-1918) Emperor of Russia 1894-1917. A very fine signed 9 x 13 photograph showing the Tsar standing in a three quarter length pose in uniform. In one hand he holds a pair of white gloves, and the other hand rests on a table at his side. Photograph by Boissonnas and Eggler and bearing their blind embossed stamp to the lower mount. Signed by the Emperor in English (`Nicholas`) in bold fountain pen ink to the lower photographer`s mount and dated 1914 in his hand. Rare. Some very slight silvering to the extreme edges of the image and a very few minor creases to the base of the mount. VG

Signed colour 4 x 5.5 photograph of Bhutto seated in a three quarter length pose alongside a table lamp. Signed (‘Zulfikar Ali Bhutto’) in blue ink with his name alone to the lower white border. Scarce. VG
