The travel / dressing table vanity box having brass bound borders to the exterior with the hinged lid opening to reveal an appointed interior. The interior being royal blue leather and velvet lined with a series of cut clear glass scent bottles, vanity bottles and trinket box with all having heavy hallmarked silver tops. The lid interior having a fold-out section with all removables below being within fitted lift out sections. Bramah brass locks and decorative brass hinges to the top section over a single jewellery drawer below retaining the original leather cover and opening via a push button to the interior top. Silver content hallmarked for London date letter M 1967, makers mark for Thomas Whitehouse. Measures approx 21cm x 32cm x 23.5cm.

Gillow of Lancaster and London (Stamped) - A superb antique 19th Century English Aesthetic Movement ebonised and gilded side table / lamp occasional table of hexagonal form. The table having decorative inlaid patterned border with further brass beaded band running along the chamfered edge. Raised on four inverted tapering reeded columns united but reeded stretchers joint by a central uniting section with finial atop all with brass beaded detailing. All being raised on shaped Greek Key legs with brass flower heads and small brass castors below. Stamped Gillow & Co to the underside. Measures approx  61cm x 60cm diameter. A good piece of Gillows period furniture.

The lady seated in traditional attire on stool with table behind and small plant to corner. Measures approx; 39m x 80cm.Huang Shanshou was a Chinese Asian Antiquities artist who was born in 1855. Their work was featured in an exhibition at the Shanghai Himalayas Museum.
