Good quality Chinese porcelain rectangular plaque finely polychrome painted with a poets party scene with relaxing figures being attended to around a large table - twin seal marks to front in wooden frame - sold with old letter of provenance stating it was purchased in Hong Kong in the 1960s, 32cm x 44.5cm overall CONDITION REPORT Very good condition. Plaque has no damage or restoration. Decoration is bright with no wear. We believe this plaque to be possibly late nineteenth / early twentieth century. Provenance: purchased by the current owners in the 1960s

Gentlemen's diamond single stone ring with an old cut diamond estimated to weigh approximately 1.5 carats, in eight claw setting, on heavy gold (18ct) shank. Ring size Y CONDITION REPORT Diamond is a bright and lively stone which is relatively clean to the naked eye. When viewed with a loupe there are several inclusions notably one inclusion which appears to touch the surface of the table and surrounding facets and once located with the loupe is just visible to the naked eye. The stone is relatively white but does start to draw colour very slightly. General condition of the ring is good. Total gross weight approximately 10.1 grams. Probably circa 1900s

Large late seventeenth century and later oak dining table with wide plank top and canted corners, plain frieze with plaque at one end stating 'This table stood in the Moot Hall (or Manor House) of Wakefield, Yorks for about 400 years. Purchased by Sir Gerald Ryan in Wakefield November 1913', with six vase-shaped turned supports on block feet joined by stretchers, 420cm long x 137cm wide x 81cm high.
