There are areas of staining / water marks, etc throughout. Some of the joints appear to have expanded or are certainly off kilter. The base board is loose. Has surface scratches and discolouration, chips, etc, throughout. Appears to have had some sticky tape wrapped around it at some point. General wear and tear conducive with age and use. The base has losses to the relief work. Rockingham style scent bottle has losses all over, on one it has been broken at the neck and re-glued as well as further smashes throughout. The similar candlesticks - both have been broken in various places and re-glued and broken again etc. The Noretake bowl has general wear and tear, surface scratching etc - all items are in need of a good clean, have general wear and tear, surface scratching etc - see images for further details

Various knocks, scratches, scuffs, marks etc. Splits to the sides, splits to the drawer fronts and door fronts, losses to the edges. A small part of the drawer front is coming loose, various general signs of wear and tear throughout
A collection of various boxes to include a leather covered money box of safe form, the door enclosing three drawers inscribed "Gold", "Silver", "Notes", together with a Sorrento style photograph album inscribed "Je reviendrai, Nice", together with a Persian inlaid pen box, a Victorian rosewood cigar box, lacquered table top chest, suede covered stationery box, miniature cuckoo style clock, oak miniature coffer, the top inset with George II silver coin and suitcase containing various razors and strop, a Victorian green heart fishing rod and folding leather topped stool CONDITION REPORTS Razors only - housed in a leather box. the box with leather missing, hinge broken, inscribed "W.J.Guy 160A Piccadilly W" to the interior. Razors themselves have various pitting and rusting throughout, otherwise general wear and tear, in need of a clean etc - see images for further details. Other parcel of razors has damage to the exterior, one is bone handled, the blade inscribed "Silver Steel", rusting, pitting and patination throughout. The horn is showing areas of bubbling and has a chip to the top end. Bone handled example has several large sections missing resulting in the folding mechanism being split. The blade inscribed "M.Mobson Warranty", rusting, pitting etc - see images for further details
A Regency mahogany D-end extending dining table on chamfered tapering supports CONDITION REPORTS Measures approx 90.5 cms in width x 70 cms in height x approx 46.5 cms total length. There is a variation in colour in the leaves. There are various scuffs, scratches and knocks throughout. One of the leaves has a large split and repair running through it. The brass clips are not all present, there have been some repairs all over including, as already described, the leaf and legs. General wear and tear conducive with age and use - see images for further details

A 19th Century mahogany fold-over card table of demi-lune form, the top cross banded and with marquetry inlaid and pen work foliate decoration opening to reveal a baize lined interior raised on square tapered legs to spade feet CONDITION REPORTS The top has several heavy scratches as well as splits to the wood, the veneer is raised in several areas and has obviously discoloured and has a couple of missing bits of veneer. The baize has been eaten in various places, again splits etc all over and areas of discolouration. Areas of moulding missing from the tops of the leg mouldings. Damp marks/water marks all over, areas of mold to the feet especially to one leg which has an agricultural repair, is a bit rickety, general wear and tear conducive with age and use, signs of old worm - see images for further details, generally in need of some TLC

An early 19th Century mahogany drop leaf side table in the manner of GILLOWS, the plain top above a single drawer to reeded and turned tapering legs to brass caps and castors CONDITION REPORTS Approx 72 cms in height 51 cm in width and 72.5 cm in length, leaves extended. The top has various stains and fading, there are some losses to the moulding in various places to include the tops of the front legs, the legs themselves etc, there has been a repair to one leaf visible from the underside. There are chips to the edges of the drawer, no key, drawer liner is split, drawer runners have been replaced. General knocks, bumps, scrapes etc all conducive with age and use, general wear and tear - see images for further details
