(4)Seat dimensions : Sofa 132x40x55cm, armchair 51x45x53cm. In fair overall condition, one cover to star base on footstool missing. Some rubs and abrasions through use.

An antique elm plank top farmhouse serving table, on H shaped stretcher with single drawer. 137x73x70cm.Top is warped and is loose from base. All over surface scratches, wear, splitting, fading and some staining. Extensive woodworm evidence. All feet partially reinforced or restored. Sturdy, appears to have been stored somewhere damp.

CAROL MADDISON - A Georgian mahogany tilt-top table used as an artist's paint palette. Originally purchased from the estate of Spike Milligan through Rye Auction Gallery, 28/11/14, lot 501. 76x70cm. Good overall condition apart from some damage to one leg. Provided with original auction catalogue for provenance.The artist who used the table as a pallet was Carol Maddison, a local artist, NOT Spike Milligan, from who's estate this table was sourced.Locking mechanism works and table is steady, with only a little travel when wobbled.
