A rare and important small early 19th Century Irish mahogany Occasional Table, the wide crossbanded rectangular top with rounded corners, over an inlaid frieze with two small front drawers each labelled and stamped 'M. Butler, Dublin,' and with blank drawers to rear, on a turned and reeded pillar support with four out splayed legs on brass ball feet, and with label under body. (1)
A carved oak Ladies Bureau, in the Renaissance style, the three-quarter gallery with a shell crest above a slope front carved with a mask issuing flower and leaf sprays on a conforming table base and the frieze with a grotesque mask on turned, carved and fluted legs united by an X stretcher, 24" (61cms). Boer War: A very rare cast metal Bar Table, To Commemorate The Boer War, on three outsplayed legs, each painted and pierced frieze decorated with soldiers, flags, rifles and lion mask, and the words "Ladysmith", Pretoria and "Mafeking," and with embossed images of the English Generals, the legs united by stretcher shelf, which is stamped 'Masons Prize Bar Fittings' and each metal part has impressed Reg. No. 364112, with a later circular wooden top. (1)

"The Zodiac Table"An important and unique Regency circular Centre Table, by Philipp Veit (German 1793 - 1877), the circular stone top from Solnhofen (Germany) with intricately designed carving depicting the signs of the Zodiac and other battle scenes with multiple figures, animals etc., with shaped moulded rim on a contemporary base supported by painted monopodia legs with birds, heads and paw feet, on a triform base with bun feet,approx. 120cms (48") diameter, 76cms (30") high.
