A modern Indian painted hardwood dining table, the rectangular lozenge painted cream/grey top over a carved frieze on turned supports 233 cm x 80 cm x 76 cm high CONDITION REPORTS Sizes are correct. Top has signs of splitting to the panels. Painted effect is worn and scratched variously throughout as well as flaking. There is a large chunk missing from the moulding of one edge and an area of concave wear to the moulding on another edge. Appears to have been kept in a damp environment. Signs of rusting to the iron work. Some cracking on the legs. Heavy wear and tear to the paintwork - assumed later. The actual table itself has wear and tear conducive with age, use and style and manufacture. See images for further detail.

A Victorian oak extending dining table, the rectangular top with canted corners raised on turned and ringed tapering legs to brass caps and china castors plus three short extra leaves 135 cm long x 129 cm wide x 74 cm high CONDITION REPORTS 156 cm long with four small leaves (not three!) which measure 17.5 cm, 18 cm, 19 cm and 25 cm variously. The top is heavily marked and scratched throughout. One of the leaves is missing its dowels. Winder not present. Some splitting to the top. Stretcher leaf solid. Some minor splits and knocks to the legs. Otherwise in need of a good clean. Top could do with being sanded and polished, etc. Top with heavy wear and tear conducive with age and use. Card of Bar Billiards Rules present. Scoreboard present. Unnamed. Appears to be later repainted to the back and the numbers are laminated on. Four cues present. Unknown if fully working. Has had carpet fitted to the interior to dampen the noise. Scratches to the black leatherette end. Wear and tear conducive with age and use. See images for further detail.

Lot 737

A Lloyd Loom style three piece conservatory suite of two seat sofa, 140 cm wide and pair of armchairs, 67 cm wide, together with a matching single drawer side table, 47 cm wide and two modern Chinese decorative panels CONDITION REPORTS Bears label to the pieces. Condition - the pieces have general wear and tear conducive with age and use and are in need of a clean. The upholstery however, is stained and discoloured, etc. - probably beyond just washing. See images for further detail. There is some metal structure showing to the bases of the chairs where the covering has come off. The sofa has a scratch type mark on the right hand corner as you look at it and the left hand side has an area of what looks like dirt and a few other patches throughout. Side table drawer- lining has some splits, etc.
