It contains the earliest reference to a form closely approximating the rhombic enneacontahedron, a polyhedron composed of 90 rhombic faces, with three, five or six rhombi meeting at each vertex. Sharp gives a new table of logorithms to 61 places and presents a series of new polyhedra, especially ones with tetragonal faces and shows how to cut these new solids from cubes of wood.
