ATTRIBUTED TO FRANS SNYDERS (1579-1657) "Dining table with fruit and bowls, plates, goblet, etc, a greyhound looking on", oil on canvas, unsigned (possibly cut from a larger piece), bears old handwritten label verso bottom right, 112 cm x 87 cm. CONDITION REPORTS Several patched repairs, plus some holes to lower section of picture and some small tears. Generally with craquelure, wear, scuffs, and some previous repainting, restoration and repairs. Canvas quite loose and undulating. Various areas of flaking and losses to paint. Frame in cracked and chipped condition and has been repainted.

A W A S Benson copper and brass table oil lamp, the Hinks Patent Maple of London burner with copper reservoir on a lily pad support to four splayed brass feet, one stamped "W A S Benson", 57 cm high CONDITION REPORTS Overall with wear and scuffs, quite a lot of dirt and black greasy substance to surface, some tarnish and wear, black circular knob with chips, some slight denting to metal fitments to top where the brass chimney would fit (no chimney present), slightly dented, but overall appears in reasonably good condition. However, it is not known whether it is in working order or not.

Ltd., Birmingham 1901 & 1898), together with a further silver dessert spoon (London 1890), 39 oz total CONDITION REPORTS General wear and scuffs, some wear and very slight mis-shaping to tines of forks. Dessert spoons and all forks bear engraved initials.

A circa 1900 gilt brass standard lamp in the Empire taste, the telescopic column converted from oil to electricity, of Corinthian form over an alabaster circular table on scrolling foliate and reeded supports, the base as a blackened urn flanked by three cast goat masks to acanthus decorated goat's feet, approx 130 cm high CONDITION REPORTS Lamp has been tested for safety, but we cannot guarantee in working order. Column is tarnished, some wear to black paint and missing in places, and chipped, some small indented marks to the gallery top, general signs of wear and tear.
A William IV circular rosewood tilt-top dining table, the plain top over a plain frieze to a single octagonal tapered pedestal to tripod platform base terminating with brass paw feet, 132.5 cm diameter CONDITION REPORTS Height of table 73 cm, clearance from floor to lower edge of frieze 64 cm. Top with overall scuffs and scratches, colour appears to be generally good and top appears to have been re-finished at some point, there are feint age cracks throughout plus a larger crack to one side, slight undulations to veneers , frieze has a lot of cracking and splitting and table edge has some losses to veneers, generally some bumps and chips, quite a lot of fading also to the frieze, pedestal and base with some cracks and chips (please see photos for examples), and some losses to veneers.

A Regency mahogany extending dining table, the plain rounded rectangular top above a plain frieze on turned reeded tapering supports to brass caps and castors (two ends and one central leaf with room for more), 127 cm x 117 cm CONDITION REPORTS Top has been re-finished and re-varnished, overall with some knocks and chips to edges, some scuffs and scratches, some fading to legs, leaf is inserted and would be secured by brass clips (clips missing), length including leaf 186.75 cm, width 116.25 cm, size of leaf to the centre approx. 61 cm, has a repaired chip to one corner. Height of table 72.75 cm and leg clearance from floor 61.75 cm. Width between legs at end of table 85cm, total width between "corner" legs at side of table with the leaf in is approx 151cm. The 'twin' legs in the middle are set back from the edge of the table top by approx 25cm which allows for a chair to be placed here / for a person to be seated in front of them. The legs do not appear to be removeable.

Top with small scratches all over, small chip and small crack. Some losses to the carvings on the legs. Minor knocks, scratches to the legs. General wear and tear.
A 19th Century mahogany sofa table, the drop leaf top with rosewood banded decoration, over two drawers opposite two dummy drawers, raised on end pillar supports to splayed legs, brass lion's paw feet and castors, 95 cm wide CONDITION REPORTS 152 cm wide when extended, 66 cm deep, 69 cm high. Veneer is cracking and lifting in places and some small missing sections, some small chips and impressed marks throughout especially to corners, some splits to drawer bases, drawers do not run freely, splits to the body of the piece, some woodworm holes throughout, general signs of wear and tear throughout.

Height 74.25 cm.
A mid 20th Century Heals walnut writing table, the cross-banded top with moulded edge above three frieze drawers, one bearing ivorine tag inscribed "Heal's Tottenham Court Road London W1" with turned and octagonal carved handles, raised on Art Deco style plank end supports united by a centre stretcher to block feet, 91.5 cm wide x 75 cm high CONDITION REPORTS Width of top approx. 91.2 cm x 50 cm, height 74.5 cm. Overall with some wear and scuffs, a few knocks and bumps to edges, and scratches, top has some water damage which has caused the varnish/surface to become rough and to lift slightly, overall colour appears reasonably good, and overall has quite a smart appearance.
