A Regency Rosewood and Boxwood-Strung Work Table, early 19th century, the crossbanded and ebony-strung top above two frieze drawers with divided interiors, ivory handles and escutcheons, on standard end supports with splayed legs joined by a turned stretcher and with hairy paw feet and castors58cm by 40cm by 72cmWith non-transferable Standard Ivory Exemption Declaration Number 4JRYJT7HThe table is structurally sound. The top does have some scratches (see images). Small section of veneer missing at the base however we do have this piece. Some natural? small splitting around the base (see images). Metal strengthening bars added to the underside. The front corner is slightly misshapen.
A George III Mahogany Four-to-Six-Seater Dropleaf Dining Table, 3rd quarter 18th century, with two drop leaves to form an oval above two oak-lined small frieze drawers, on tapering legs with pad feet120cm by 132cm extended by 71cmHeight of table (underside) - 69cm. A person of 5ft 10" can comfortably sit under the dining table. The structure of the dining table is very sound in that it is excellent quality mahogany. General scratches (some deep) consistent with age. Drawers to both ends.
