CONDITION REPORT: The top is lifting in several areas with the veneer, noticeably to the centre, there is a bubble which is split through the veneer approx 56cm, other splits throughout the veneer noticeably to the top, some beading lifting to the edge. It is structurally sound and has come from a private home.
