TOPINO' three times to the undersides and 'JME' twice, 71cm high, 45cm wide, 34cm deep Charles Topino was made master in 1773.Established in the rue du Faubourg Saint-Antoine, Charles Topino specialised in the production of light furniture enriched with marquetry, either in the form of flowers or naive still-lives inspired by the borders of Chinese screens. He was most often employed as a specialist marqueteur by marchands such as Héricourt, Dautriche, Migeon, Denizot, Delorme, Tuart, Boudin and Moreau.
