An unusual occasional table formed from a section cut from a mature tree trunk: good colour and patination, on later triform black-painted metal base (102 cm widest x 56 cm)Condition Report: It is noted that this has a good colour with nature fissure and a slightly recessed knot in the middle as expected. The top has been polished and exhibits good patination. The sides look good and have been in the same private hands for many years. Date mostly likely to be mid 20th century, up to the 1970s. Tripod stand screwed in underneath and in good order.

An unusual early 20th century serpentine-topped mahogany and satinwood, crossbanded games table: the four sides each with circular hinged platforms each with Art Nouveau style motif and dropping to reveal a dished interior with baized centre, raised on square tapering legs united by a cross framed stretcher and central reserve, the underside with applied labels giving registered number and Patents Office Design Branch detail (45.5cm square, with canted corners x 63.5cm high)Condition Report: Minor scratches on top but nothing too dramatic. A very unusual example and the interior in good overall condition. The legs are without issue and also the cross frame stretcher looks good also.
