A Set of Six George II Silver Table-Spoons, by James Wilks, London, 1742, Hanoverian pattern, engraved with a crest, the front later engraved with an initial 'B', 13oz 5dwt, 411gr (6)Provenance: Dutton Manor, Lancashire Each fully marked on the back of handle. The marks are generally clear. There is some surface scratching and wear, consistent with age and use. The terminals engraved on one side with a crest, which appears to be original and on the other with a later initial. There is some minor bruising to the bowls.
