An einen unbekannten Adressaten (evtl. an Werner Reinhart, den Eigentümer von Schloss Muzot). Rilke, der mit seiner Frau nach einer Italienreise für vier Tage in Düsseldorf weilt, spricht dem Adressaten seine Bewunderung aus: „nous avons admiré vos oeuvres, qui nous ont donné beaucoup, beaucoup de bonheur!“ Weiter heißt es: „C'est seulement pour vous saluer de vos tableaux qui mènent la vie splendide de leur noble beauté. Nous sommes heureux de les avoir vu. Je vous l'erirai bientôt.“ - Die Briefkarte ist ebenfalls von Clara Westhoff-Rilke signiert, die „beaucoup des salutations à Madame et à vous“ wünscht. - Der Karte liegt eine Schwarz-Weiß-Fotografie eines Tisches bei, die rückseitig mit „table de travail de R. M. Rilke au château de Muzot" beschrieben ist. Format: 9 x 13,7 cm.
