The timber is rather dry with natural? small splitting on the back supports. Numerous scuffs throughout the framework, back support and legs.

Some slight movement in the legs so the table is slightly unstable. The framework to the chairs is generally darker than the table, however with some fading/variations in color. The vinyl is in good condition. The leaves are all of uniform colour.
