A Victor Mayer for Faberge limited edition emerald, diamond and enamel 18ct gold ring, the central floral design set with a mixed cut emerald and brilliant cut diamonds, with a blue enamel surround, plain polished 18ct yellow gold shank, marked to inside '142/300', ring size O, weight 5.7gmsNote; Enamel in good order, no chips, cracks or losses, light scratching and wear only. All stones are present, one diamond shows a small chip to the table edge, but all others are in good order, showing light wear commensurate with use only. A Victorian diamond sunburst brooch/pendant, comprising a central round old cut diamond weighing approximately 1.00 carats, surrounded by sunrays set with old cut and single cut diamonds, all set in unmarked white metal (assessed and valued as gold), with a detachable pin and loop fastening and simple pendant loop to reverse, 43mm diameter, weight 14.8gms This lot will not be eligible for in house postage and packaging. If you are intending to bid on this lot, please make your own arrangements for shipping.Diameter of Stone: Approximately 6.6mm.Approximate colour: G/H/IApproximate clarity: SI2/P1. There is a surface reaching fracture running across three - four of the outer facets. Opaque, black inclusion visible under 10x in the central table and a couple of the outer star facets. Large, flat, translucent white inclusion to the outer star facets, from which the fracture is stemming.The diamonds to the cluster and sunrays vary between SI1 - P2. The majority of diamonds appear white and sparkly to the naked eye when viewed face up, but many of the stones on the sunrays show a slight draw of colour.All diamonds are present, none missing. A couple of the diamonds to the central cluster show chips to the outer facets, but the majority are in tact and in good order. The majority of the diamonds to the star rays are in good order, though several show fractures and minor-medium size chips. The claws to the central stone are in good order, diamond is secure. The settings to the central cluster and outer rays show moderate wear, some retipping may be required, however all stones appear to be secure. There are several dents to the frame and areas of thinning and minor splitting, possible signs of repair. Brooch and pendant fittings are in very good order, but appears to be later. An early 19th century diamond set bow brooch, comprising a central old cut diamond measuring 4.5mm x 4.8mm, bezel set to pierced stylized bow surround with old cut and rose cut diamonds throughout, all set in silver coloured metal to a gold coloured reverse (unmarked), with later hinged pin and loop fastening, 5cm wide, weight 17.9gms (at fault)CR; Very heavy wear. Splitting, loss and solder repair throughout frame. Later brooch fittings. Some diamonds are missing. Many of the diamonds show chips and fractures. Central stone wobbles slightly in setting. A colour-change sapphire and diamond ring, the central rectangular cushion cut sapphire weighing 5.20 carats (measuring 10.8mm L x 8.9mm W x 5.9mm D), with three baguette cut diamonds to each shoulder, all set in platinum to a plain polished shank, ring size O 1/2, weight 6.2gms With accompanying report from The Gem & Pearl Laboratory, report no. 21000, stating that the carat weight is 5.20 carats, that the stone is a natural colour change sapphire, of Sri Lankan origin, shows no evidence of heat treatment and appears blue in day light and purple in incandescent light.Note; Inclusions are visible with naked eye, running across the facets of one side of the sapphire. These can be seen in the third picture on finger, running down the left. Under 10x, there are two translucent crystal inclusions, one to the right of the table (as pictured in the third image), and one below the table. There is also a hemi-sphere shaped fingerprint inclusion visible under 10x, running diagonally from just off centre of the table to the bottom left claw. A silver and enamelled dressing table set, Adie Brothers, Birmingham 1939, comprising mirror, clothes brush and hairbrush, each with shaped borders and light blue guilloche enamel, mirror 28cm long, complete in a fitted caseCR: Chip to the enamel of the reverse of the hairbrush, about 8mm wide. General scratching and wear, no other large chips or losses. Some light denting and splitting to the silver around the brush head. Bristles show moderate to heavy wear.Enamel to mirror is in good order, no cracks, chips or losses, general scratching and wear only. Glass in good order, no cracks, chips or losses. No splits or denting to the silver, general scratching and wear commensurate with age and use only.Enamel to clothes brush is in good order, no cracks, chips or losses. Silver in good order, some thinning and very minor denting around the bristles, but this is largely in good order. Bristles show moderate to heavy wear.One of the buckles to the case is missing/not functioning. Heavy wear and tear to the leather, perticularaly concentrated on the edges. A Royal Crown Derby imari six piece dressing table set in the 1128 pattern, early 20th century, comprising: a rectangular tray with canted corners, an octagonal jar and cover (at fault), two quadrant dishes and covers, a ring stand and a trinket dish, each piece with printed maker's mark and date cypher for 1908 (6) CONDITION REPORT:The octagonal jar shows a hairline crack approximately 4cm long descending from the rim. All pieces show fine surface wear and rubbing to the gilt highlights throughout. The tray is dirty and would benefit from cleaning.
