A group of various Royal Albert "Old Country Roses" pattern items comprising a soup tureen with cover and ladle, two tealight holders; one modeled as a house, the other as a table lamp, three timepieces, a figure of a bear, and a miniature chest of drawers (9).
A George III hallmarked silver and ivory handled fish slice/server with shaped blade, initialled "JCL" and with probably later pierced decoration, no maker's mark, London 1806, length 31cm (af), a silver Old English pattern table spoon engraved "JMC" to the finial, William Bateman II, London 1827, length 22cm, and a teaspoon with shaped finial, Sheffield 1947, weighable silver approx 2.4ozt (3). CONDITION REPORT: The fish slice has a large area of repair to the underside, probably the blade has split and there was a triangular shaped piece of white metal applied to underside over part of the hallmark, therefore we cannot see who the maker was. Also there are traces of soldering where the handle meets the blade. Some areas of splitting to ivory handle.
An Edwardian mahogany and satinwood crossbanded wardrobe and matching dressing table, the wardrobe with central panelled doors above two short and three long drawers flanked by full length cupboard doors, the dressing table with arched bevelled mirror flanked by a single cupboard and drawer above a stepped base of seven drawers raised on square section legs to brass caps and castors, width of wardrobe 192cm. CONDITION REPORT: The wardrobe is damaged and would require repairing.
