CONDITION REPORT: Some minor losses to veneers around the base, scuffs and wear commensurate with age.
REGENCY MAHOGANY SOFA TABLE, having rosewood cross banding to the top, and drop flaps, two frieze drawers with brass knobs and opposing dummy draw fronts, on fluted outswept legs with brass cups and casters and ring and baluster turned pole stretcher. 138 x 82 x 73cm. CONDITION REPORT: Rather dry and faded and unloved overall, dusty and grubby, some repolishing and refinishing will be required but basically in good condition, fair wear and tear considered with age.
GEORGE V SILVER CORINTHIAN COLUMN TABLE LAMP having fluted column below band of acanthus leaf and scroll decoration, all raised on square section stepped base. Sheffield 1920, makers mark Hawksworth Eyre & Co Ltd (loaded candlestick conversion). 40cm high overall. CONDITION REPORT: Appears to have been originally a candlestick, no converted. Column is slightly off centre/slightly leaning. Some minor dings to corners of square stepped base, particularly on two corners slightly more significant. Surface wear and scratches. Hallmarks legible.

CONDITION REPORT: Stains and scratches commensurate with age, minor pieces of edge moulding missing in places, scuffs and wear to the feet, slight warping to the top.
17TH CENTURY STYLE OAK REFECTORY TABLE, having planked, framed top on chamferred square legs with centre stretcher. 206 x 89 x 75cm. CONDITION REPORT: Some surface wear, scratches and minor marks commensurate with age, shrinkage cracks to certain boards, but basically a good medium colour with fair patination.
